Now I'm not totally sure but I've come to a theory about the reduced sound behind objects, as we know if you fire a gun in a town you are bound to pull aggro on something. But my theory is that since the sound got reduced behind objects by 50% does this affect gunfire? I know it affects player sounds but I had an encounter where I pulled aggro on a zed and ran into a brick building so I can deal with it if more zeds got pulled as well. I took out the zed no prob with my 1911 and didn't seem to pull more aggro from the zeds wandering around the house across the street? Any thoughts on this subject?

any other experiences?

It does feel justified, now the only real test remains. We are in need of a brave soul to head into a big city and fire an Enfield from inside abuilding and tell us if he pulled the entire town or just a couple blocks.

My ghillie got deleted while I was wearing it hadn't played until they had hotfixed the current patch. I was ok with it though I still had the rest of my gear even my AS50.

So I just looted a helicopter crash and found myself a gillie and an AS50, from what I've read on the wiki it can use the same ammo as the M107. Is there a difference when using the M107 ammo in the AS50? Also if anyone can give tips on trying to find out the range using milidots it would be great as I don't have a range finder.

Does anyone have a link or list for the zeroing to use as a reference?

Indeed there are round for it specifically, when I found it it came with 2 mags.

lol a fellow member of our group fired his M107 in starry and the shot was heard out in Novy from another member of our group. Im assuming they sound pretty much identical.

I think you mean clip but is there a difference in damage when using the 107 rounds?

I used to be a survivor like you but I took a round to the back exploring a Deer Stand. And so the solo journey must end, I'm looking for a few players or possibly a group to join. BUMPS for people to see

well since I use 2 monitors I have the online map on one and the game on the other, if it was in full screen it would just minimize my game and i would have to alt tab. This way I can just click the different windows and continue playing.

This happened this morning, I recently died and re spawned out west of Elektr hesitant to make my way into the city I go into the barn out by the road and find a crossbow. I start to think alright I will go into the city as quiet as possible. I check a residential building and find myself a double barrel shotgun, from there i take off to the north fire station. I'm just creeping around tossing flares to distract zombies, I get about 100m out from the fire station and pull a mob of 6 or 7 zeds. I run into the station and what do I find another survivor with an axe, I panic looking around saying, I'm friendly I'm friendly! He responds me too, says don't worry I will take them out don't shoot. He insists on axe'ing the zeds a question. From here we decide to go to the market and we just book it as we here gunfire behid us up in the station we just left. We run into the church he axes more zeds, we get to the market and find nothing but watches. More gun fire is heard outside nearby, we cross the street into the pub find ammo and an enfield, As I'm looking out the window I see an hear the zeds aggro into the office building across, I see the survivor 2nd floor. My fellow survivor decides to openly use direct chat and says lets murder him. Alright I say we start heading into the building from the west bottom floor all these zeds are around making a ruckus. My companion decides he wants to go 1st up the stairs and take out the zombies, he gets shot from the 2nd floor. I just stare at him, he uses the chat again saying why did you shoot I'm friendly. As I'm staring at his corpse I'm laughing, time to move I guess I head to the outside of the building and decide to try and climb the ladder I get to the top and bam get shot I fall over, bam again I die. Now this was probably Karma kicking in but i did not care I had just lost a survivor of 9 days due to a server hopper on the NE airfield having moments before received some NV goggles and range Binochs. So I did not care I just wanted to fool around in the city and it turned out to be hilarious.

I'm looking to join a small serious group to join, I'm a level headed player. I don't scream gibberish into the mic, I keep it cool and assess the situation. I play on west coast time but you can find me playing through out the day. PM me for the details if you have such a group.

Has anyone else experienced this happen to them, we had a uaz filled with a bunch of stuff when we last saved uaz. Come back to the uaz and find out all the items are missing. Now I know what your thinking maybe someone looted it, but its not possible there's nothing around where we camped and all the stuff in the tent is still in it. So whats going on did the vehicle get hungry and decided to munch stuff down its blow hole?

obviously you don't understand its way off the map hidden..only way to find it would be to head north and i dont see people driving way up north to loot a vehicle land not loot the tent...
