I was meeting up with someone in Bor ... i was on a pavement road on a hill when i saw someone coming up the hill ... i called his name to see if he was friendly .. no reply .. i called 3 more times ... still no reply .. then i counted down ... 5, 4, ,3 ,2 ,1 ... POP ... shot him in the gut with the cz550, and he went down .. i wasn't sure if he was dead or not but i couldnt worry about that at the moment because zombies heard my shot i took the zombies out and refocused on my target ... then finally on chat he said that someone was sniping him ... i ended up giving him blood and teaming up with him :P -

the scroll system is way worse ... especially when you have a broken scroll button and accidentally detonate your satchel charge when your 5 meters away from it ... i really like the right click button in the gear menu ... i get to choose what i eat now :D ... although the matches are still a little bugged :C -

nothing can compare to arma back on topic ... also i believe its also the "blood" feature that creates this lag ... if you've played online on any other game mode you'll notice that your target drops almost immediately after being shot ... while on dayz .. 1 full mak magazine to the back of the head and he can still turn around and shoot once

Maybe you just haven't engaged in pvp yet. Some one with an automatic weapon is gonna have a better chance at killing someone with a lever action
