So I hopped in the Armory to see if it would be possible to pull this off safely and managed to do it....sort of. First I started out at a altitude of 300 in which case I was able to do the 3 back flips but crashed into the ground. I then tried it at 350 with the same results. Not giving up I tried it at 400 and manged to only bounce the chopper off the ground thus surviving but wrecking the chopper (everything was red but the hull). At about 415 I was able to both survive and keep the chopper in the air. I came out of the third back flip at an altitude of roughly 5 or 6. If I had a decent recording program I would record it and may still do so later on. -
How many of you bought arma 2 just for dayz?

I admit I bought Arma 2 CO just to play DayZ. Then I started hearing about other mods like Takistan life,wasteland,etc. and have been playing those as well. -

If he had held down Q that may have been averted. If anything it may have slowed down his decent enough so that you guys would have landed unharmed. Wouldn't that have been epic? lol -

I agree there should be some way to host a game on your pc. It is possible to host a arma 2 mission on your pc so it is possible. -

If you get tired of playing on Chernarus come check out www.clanbbf.com. we don't offer cross hairs but do have 3rd person turned on. We change maps weekly via a vote on the forums. No need to join the clan to vote just sign up on the forums. Right now we are on Taviana. It is a private hive server. -
Are those custom models part of the map or just part of the server you were on?

That is good advise. I will try that out later on. I am sure the passengers will enjoy that a lot more then me doing a back flip lol. Also can you do a video on the best ways to fly and land in first person? Only reason I ask is because I play on a server where 3rd person is turned off and I find it hard to land fast and safe while in first person. -

I have noticed that using auto hover to stop forward momentum takes awhile. Would it not be faster to just do a back flip to lose your momentum then engage auto hover once most of your speed is gone to begin your decent? Also what is the best way to do a speed landing? By this I mean coming in at a low altitude and setting it down with minimal damage. -

If I had to guess I would say the Little Bird will share spawns with the UH-1H, the military off road will share spawns with the UAZ Jeep, and the plane will more then likely be at one of the airfields.

It is a shame that Rocket didn't use the zombie animations and sounds from this. The game would have been a lot more interesting.

The Jason mask isn't a hack nor is any of the custom skins. here is a link to the website you can get them at http://imgur.com/a/FAWIn#0. All they are is custom skins that the server admin has to turn on and allow on their server. The one I like to use is the Blow up doll one when I am in friendly medic mode. -

you could try raising the number of vehicle spawns a bit till you get one.

Nah. It started after the 1.7.2.6 update and lasted for awhile. May have been that way till the server restarted not sure.
