Every time I read Rockets tweets he is talking about some game he got off the steam sale. I know he isn't the only person working on this but it does sound kinda discouraging when the production lead is worrying more about what game he is going to play till payday 2 comes out then getting the game he is being payed to make off the ground.

It is going to be a MMO. If they used a next gen engine the game would crash anytime more then 20 people got together in one area. Sometimes you gotta sacrifice graphics for performance.

I thought rocket said that the only thing keeping the game from launching was the frame work to be finished? Now they aren't even in a alpha state? What the hell are they doing reverse engineering the game from a copy they stole in the future?

From what Rocket has said in multiple interviews the only thing keeping them from launching the game was the framework and your saying they haven't even done more then make one town that we seen in the video interviews. Which by the way would be about a foots worth of game.

Oh so you uninstalled Arma 2 and don't play the DayZ mod anymore? I for one would love to play the game as it is. You could say it is kinda like watching a child grow. You can really see how the game is coming along when you start at point A and finally get to point B and can look back on the journey you and the game have been on. Like a child if you enter their life in the middle you don't get to see their first steps nor hear their first words.

I guess you have never played Everquest. Mobs run through walls in that one too and that game is several years old. Creatures noclipping through the environment is nothing new. It is a bug that has gone on for as long as video games have been around. When you add in the ability for players to interact with the environment you will see times were npc's seam to just walk right through stuff. So if you don't like what you see and don't feel like the game is what you wanted then go play something else. I hear WarZ is on sale right now on steam for 4 bucks.

I agree. I think we may share favorite sniping spots. If we told you it would be your favorite too. Also that spot sucks because as soon as you fire one shot you will draw agro thus giving away your location.

Haven't seen that with the Mi-17 but I did see it with a chanook on the Oring map. Was it on a public hive server or was it a private hive someone was running?
