So, I've been playing pretty much constantly (6 hours each evening) since 1.7.2 got released. I've not seen or had a leg broken by a bear trap yet. I'm guessing they would be found in Farm loot points, I've been to a lot of the big (high) farm loots but yet to see one.. Anyone else had any experience with a trap yet? Post some screenshots? Tell us where you found it etc. Cheers all.

I'd like to understand how you combat hackers? I literally just joined your server, spawned in Electro, ran to the industrial area, saw a guy carrying an AS50-TWS.... Players name "marc".. You also had idiots on the voice chat saying that an AS50-TWS was a legal weapon as long as its spawned into the game using a weapons/ammo box... I literally almost fell off my chair... Is that not classed as hacking? :P

Seems like you need to employ a decent set of software testers ;-) I am one. Call me!

Bags & Weapons are disappearing when going in water again

Why are they worth anything? Aren't they just the same as any other can of coke? I've found a few of them on my travels... Didn't think they were actually "worth" anything, so I just drank them when I needed too....

Yes I can read... But I also don't play Minecraft or followed it's development model hence me asking what exactly does this mean for the everyday user...

Can someone explain what will happen here then? I've bought A2 & OA to play DayZ... If they go standalone, will the Alpha get released separately at a cost?

Im with you on that one. I found a silenced Bison with 3 clips and a DMR with 4 clips. Except I got a bit trigger happy with the Bison, now I have no ammo :P

Anyone else had any experiences with Bear Traps yet?

Respawning and loosing all your gear does suck... but setting off from the beach to find some more is awesome :D

what the hell is going on? I'm constantly getting "Waiting for host" or "waiting to create character" Becoming slightly annoying.

I keep spawning in an open field... nothing around... any reasons why?
