I've re-activated BEC which will warn now 10,5,4,3,2,1 Minutes before a Autorestart will be initiated. Please note that the Server will be also locked, 5 minutes before the restart is initiated. I'm not statisfied with the current solution. The Serverrestart will be initiated 'Gracefully'. Means the server won't be immediatly closed, it will be shutdown (as it should) and after that a new instance started. The Problem: Sometime a shutdown takes up to 20 Minutes, so the Server will kick all Player exactly as warned, or let you play some minutes even after the 'restart time' has arrived. So don't wonder. I am thinking about another method. For now this should do the trick. P.s.: On a second thought, there is not much i can do against this. I can't know how long a shutdown will take time, so i am unable to extend/shorten my warnings. I can only tell you when the Shutdown command will be initiated and then you should leave and wait until the server is unlocked again. -

28.07.2012 - Serverupdate - Serverside files were updated to Hive v0.7.2 - Using now latest Anti-Cheat Script.txt Changelog of Hive v0.7.2: * [FIXED] Vehicles with ID's above 1 million don't syncronize. * [FIXED] First object in the database not being loaded > Maybe now vehicles won't despawn anymore, give it a try and tell us your testresults. P.s.: I can't confirm yet that choppers are online again. i only know that they will come soon (within the next days). To be the first, you have no other option then to play at DE 10 and find/repair it before all other :) -

btw. if you get following error messages: BattlEye Server: Failed to receive from BE Master (2) BattlEye Server: Updated attempt failed Just reconnect. 27.07.2012 - Serverupdate - Updated to ArmA2 Beta Patch 95417 - You NEED now Beta Patched Client (min. 95417) to connect to DE10! - Serverside files were updated to Hive v0.7.1 and Code v1.7.2.4 - InGame VoiP Quality Level raised from 10 to 20 - Raised Slotcount from 40 to 50 -

it will do his regular restart in 1 hour 44 Min. Just wait until then, its interesting to see if they respawn then. -

@Trowa, the server was gracefully restarted. It's sad to hear that you lost your Bus. We can only hope they fix it sooner or later. -

27.07.2012 - Serverupdate - Updated to ArmA2 Beta Patch 95389 - You NEED now Beta Patched Client (min. 95389) to connect to DE10! - Activated reporting to arma2oapc.master.gamespy.com @age, you have to try it out yourself, its a new situation due the regular restarts yet. -

1. You have to change the systemtime of the server itself. 2. If 1. is no option for you, you have to start the ArmA2 Dedicated Server executable with a tool which 'emulate' other time. Sorry i cant remember the name. Other Options are unknown for me. If you have no direct access to the hosted server, then you have to ask your hoster itself.

After a lot of struggle, pain, leaving ppl, i give you this answer which costs us a lot of time at DE 10 to figure out and/or get confirmed by the Devs: - Tents and Vehicles dis- and reappear sometimes after restart - its a known DayZ bug (confirmed by Devs!) and [our server...] DE10 isnt the reason for it... see post #268 - Tents appear to be empty or stay empty after restart - also a known DayZ bug but with a possible workaround... see post #291, and give him your Beans! I am additionally sure this happend to US 10 too. -

i coulnd't resist, i had to make an announcement. By the way, i also added a 'Known Issue' part on the first Post so ppl don't have to read the whole 15 Pages to find this posts. If you have additional stuff to add, just tell me. 27.07.2012 - Serverupdate - Implemented a Auto-Restart mechanism which restarts the Server every 6 hour (0,6,12,18,24 o'clock GMT+1/German Time). - The Auto-Restart mechanism will NOT warn you before the Server restarts! So keep an eye on the Time. Feature will be implemented later. - Lobby Kicking is deactivated for now, has something to to how i restart the Server, but will be used later again. - Also the empty Tent miracle was solved, by Corvax... see his post #291 - A Personal Note: My ISP has finally managed to restore my Internet Connection, i am Online again :D yehaa. @Corvax, what i would be without you. Thanks for the info. I missed the 1.7.2.4 update list. So i didn't knew this is a common problem. After all, its still better to restart every 6 hour to solve the 'no loot' problem. Maybe i can resize the window to longer periods but for now i will keep 6 hours and waiting for your feedback. -

Well, good and bad new folks, good one: the server is (re-)starting now every 6 hours. the bad one: it wont 'warn' you before. Currently the restart timings are set to: 0, 6, 12, 18, 24 o'clock GMT+1 I skip doing now a 'Big announcement' because i still have work to do before it becomes perfect. But Maintenance is completed for today. Have fun playing :) -

Server Offline for Maintenance. Will be up again in ~45-60 Minutes. And to answer your Question @pod, i've only upgraded to ArmA2 OA v95310 last time, no DayZ serverfiles nor client files were updated in this process. btw. if you can't find DE 10 in the Serverlist, just enter "m0ar.de" after pressing the "Remote" button in the right corner. Its a issue from GameSpy side. -

Nice to hear, i didn't mentioned it yet, but i rolled back to my personal 'stable' v0.17 Netconfig at 24.07.2012 11:48 (UTC-6). Seems this was fixing some issues, too. I also plan to make the v0.17 to my v1.00 for later reference. Finally, i've recieved a Answer for one of my Tickets: ... That said, it is a known issue that tents and vehicles currently duplicate items and generally behave erratically. The team is working on fixing these issues. ...Means, it's not a fault of DE 10, its a behavior which is known and will be solved in further releases. -

Well, what can i say except that i am sad to see when people are leaving. I can't do much as to keep up and searching for my personal feeling the optimum configured server. Also i am still searching the reason why vehicles are de- and respawning after a couple of restarts. -

Finally, i've got a HSDPA USB Stick for free from my ISP until the 'usual' Internet connection is fixed. This is enough to administrate the Server as i did before :) Well, Server stopped working hours ago, i restarted it manually. Within the next days i will come with a solution @pod :) Btw. i've rolled back to the previous netconfig to encounter those lags. If they still appear there must be another reason. -

Lol, you flipped the bike, and the server is lagging like hell :D Couldn't restart the Server yesterday, mobile connection couln't be established. So i restarted it yet. -

@Andrej Dudev, then tell me if your detector tells you DE10 needs one :D btw. i also encounter huge performance lose and increase of lags if i setup DE10 to 50 Players. With 40 all is running fluently and fine.
