    Custom DayZ maps?

    Can you run custom maps on Day Z servers? I am curious if you can or is it banned against the rules of Day Z? Like if the custom were to have 100 beans or rare weapons available that would not be allowed since thats basically almost exactly like item spawning.

    Can you play Day Z without a legitimate version of ArmA II and Operation Arrowhead. If you can this will save me $30 on steam.
