and the mildots can be used for range finding this was taken from the dayz wiki for the as50 To estimate the range to a standing player/target (height = 1.8m) while using the AS50 with 12x magnification, use the following formula: r = 1375/h (r is the target's range in meters and h is the target's height in mils). A standing player that is 5 mils tall will be 275 m from the AS50 operator. To estimate the range to a crouched player/target (height = 1.3m) while using the AS50 with 12x magnification, use the following formula: r = 1000/h (r is the target's range in meters and h is the target's height in mils). A crouched player that is 2 mils tall will be approximately 500 m from the AS50 operator.

ahh so it is personal i stay away from green mountain most of the time as i have died 3 times there 2 from bandits and 1 from glitch where i was stuck in a door. i hope for your sake this works :D -

i was suspecting a high traffic are like nwaf or cherno hospital but if it is green mountail i see that being fairly high traffic too PS: isn't there a glitch that if a smoke grenade goes off indoors then the building goes down hhhmmmmm -

doesn't arma 2 have a firing range for testing crap but if not how many chardges do you have if its 3-4 then test one by placeing pissing off for the desired distance then see if the boom works -

lol been 2 hours since i saw a good ol' rage ^_^ -
i suggest that if your gun is loaded then the mag that is loaded is not shown in the or counted in the inventory so say you have a makarov and 2 mags for it then wheen you reload it there will only be one slot of ammo used the other mag is stored in the gun. my other suggestion is that matches are more common but hunting knifees are rarer so that if your playing at night and are cold then you can create a fire with ease but it is harder to create cooked meat because the knives are rarer.
