    Soeg, I'm having the same exact issue as sye73. I've followed your instructions to a T and I'm still having the same exact issue. I have absolutely no idea what I'm doing wrong here. I own ARMAII retail and OA on Steam. Both are updated to the latest version. I seriously thinking about begging Valve for a refund on OA so I can buy CO.
