Yeah there are lots of skins around that aren't in game yet. These skins have been around for a while. I doubt we see them any time soon. The 5.56 penetrates more than the 7.62 though. This is particularly true when firing military "green tip" M855 ammo. The M855 has a steel core penetrator.

AKs are notoriously inaccurate past 300 yards. The should do more damage but be less accurate than the M4. If they ever had fire arm maintenance in the game the AK should require less.

Man if the AK is more accurate than the M4 that will suck.

Clothing, Medical, Modularity (firearms), Health system, all the enter-able buildings. Honestly that building change was huge and really changes MOUT combat. My biggest dislike is honestly people on the forums lol. Not this post but all the ones that want to "fix" KOS or get rid of 3rd POV. There are some bugs that suck, but this is what game development is. I have played in Beta's with more issues than this alpha.

Who is trying to set value right now? We are just talking about the future of trading.

The magnum is fun and all but I have more kills with the .45 Once you get two mags you are set.

I RP 100% of the time I am playing. Not sure why any RPer could not do so. You can't RP a girlscout in this world and expect to live. You need to RP that you are in a post apocalyptic zombie filled world. With that comes the threat of bandits. Some bandits choose to shoot you when they see you. It is up to you the RPer to come up with an RP solution to that, which I think is the point of your thread. So look around and find a clan that does what you like and go around and stop the bandits. CQF is one I would recommend. They are peace keepers and do a good job killing the bad guys. :thumbsup:

Yeah the whole trading aspect is a ways off really. So sense trading if you can't store anything at all. As for the ammo you would not need a common value, it could be more like an exchange rate. .357 (1) = .45 (10), 5.56 (5), 7.62 (2) Either way, don't matter you get the idea. You could get the same result equating them to BNs too. .357 = 10 BNs .45 = 1 BN 5.56 = 2 BNs 7.62 = 5 BNs

That is great some other website did that, but we need a sticky here. Good idea OP. Perhaps in the thread you could have a "Good Idea" section where if it gets enough good feedback here it gets added there so perhaps the devs can weed through the BS.

I think they should all be more powerful. Currently punching your face is better than hitting it with a giant pipe wrench. I just think they should add additional uses for these tools. Use the pipe wrench and shovel to make player structures and use the crow bar to get into player structures.

That would be great and you can post the BN values so we can see what they are before hand. Anything you don't want anymore simply gets a 0 valuation. Printing your own notes (or coins) would be fantastic but don't think it will ever happen. Ammo right now is too common but imagine if there were 15+ different calibers? Say you find that super rare SVD but only have 3 rounds left and can't find more. Well trade in 100 12 gauge slug rounds for 10 7.62x54mmR rounds. Or something similar. Would be great if FST could post up an ammo exchange rate with their BN values. Anyone thinking trading won't happen is fooling themselves. I was an active trader in the mod and feel SA will have much more stuff. I like the idea of FST first for their RP value, but also because it is much easier to be able to just contact them rather than finding random people on the forum.

I got jumped trying to help 3 new spawns one day. Two were unarmed the other had a pipe wrench. I ended up shooting them all after they chased me 100 yards down the road.

Ok fellow stalkers. Here it is. You like to follow people and watch them without getting caught? Well post up you photos here. Bonus' for stalking bandits and killing them. Spotted these two guys looting a corpse, the body was there long before they showed up. Then I spot this guy going into the firehouse, so I follow him. He was cautious, but looked the wrong way. Who are you looking for mister? Of course the two guys that were looting the corpse. As they ran west I ran into a group of three with M4s and had to evade so I lost them. Was fun though. I plan to do more of this, but hope they add binoculars in soon.
