@Kbman: For manuel setup try this: 1.Download torrent mentioned here in rockets post:http://dayzmod.com/f...te/#entry644434 2. Make a folder called "addons" (without quotes) maybe on your desktop 3. Copy all files from the torrent in that folder (exept DayZ_changelog.txt); it should contain 14 files now 4. Go to your game directory, for example: d:\Arma2\@DayZ\addons As you can see the folder in the game directory looks like the one you created on your desktop 5. Cut the folder "addons" from the game directory and store it somewhere for backup 6. Paste the "addons" folder from your desktop (the one you created on your desktop) in your game directory Edit: Oh sorry, didnt see the second page. My bad.

I have no idea why so many people like to have a starting weapon. One of my happiest moments in dayz was when I first found a double barreled.

Hey Cika, just write support tickets to BIS and maybe the Dev-Team and wait for their answer. Seems to be pretty hopeless.

I still wait for responses to my support ticktets. I wrote to BIS, Peter Games and DayZ-Devs. Not a single answer yet. :huh:

Anything new guys? Someone get it to work? As far as I know one of us got a new key, wich worked well. Another got a no-working key.

Edit: I tried to login a moment ago and spawned into a character with an AKM which is locatet a bit north of Cherno. Ipicked up a Winchester and placed the Character in a barn. Probably it's one of you?

I got the same issue a while ago. I don't think its somthing hacked, maybe a database problem.

Hey guys, hope you could help me out. Today I experienced some weird issues. I wanted to start playing so I startet the game via the beta-shortcut. But the ingame server browser didn't show any games. So I tried using six-launcher and get "cd-key in use" error. I rebooted my rig, tried to start vanilla arma and so on. Itried six-launcher again and it seems to work but: I spawned into a completely different character?! He is somwhere on the been coast with totally other equippment than my original character. I was far north with good equippment. I use legit retail copy. Anyone got similar problem? Thanks in advance, N.

Ok, it seems that my character is wasted. It was around 15 days old and I really liked it. We went to some serioius shit togehter, survived bandits and some intense firefights. Now its gone. <_< Tried to respawn, logging out and in again now I'm on the bean coast without anything again. I'm pretty frustrated right now, think I need a break.

You can try un-select the dayz-mod in the main menue of them game, then arma campaigns and armory should work.
