so i was looting NW airfield when someone started trading shots with me, i took a few bullets and managed to stop the bleeding and escape now i am not sure which direction i was running, i got a bit turned around and since i was at 2K blood. now after running what i guess was north west for a bit i ate my last cooked meat and logged for the day, but today when i logged in it says Skalka, the problem with that is i'm in a medium yield farm/shed thing (the kind with the concrete floor and the brown wooden walls) and i KNOW there are none of those near Skalka, there is a small 1 story house next to it and my fiend ran around all the towns near NW airfield trying to find me but we have no idea where i am, can anyone help building i'm in (positive) http://picacid.com/a...d_Barn_W_01.jpg map of Chenarus with barn locations (green squares) http://dayzdb.com/map#4.039.057 i've flown around the area on Armory and nothing looks familiar, then again i'm falling unconscious every 5 minutes and everything is B&W so i'm not sure

so you never used a very useful feature in ARMA 2 honestly you get into a game where your transport gets shot down and you and your team are stuck in the middle of nowhere on your own with nothing but high altitude air support you'll be happy you packed your backpack full of rockets and other supplies because your main gear space will not last in a fight against armor or even infantry player controlled or AI

i still play, but not as much as i used to, i HATE bumping into some hacker who i can shoot 9 times and does not die, only to see him spin around and kill me. The other thing was i REALLY liked it back when we had the side channel, I was still a KOS bandit but i could at least talk with the randoms who were across the map from me, talking with the guys i am traveling for 5 hours gets boring after a while TBH.

are bandits required to loot people to justify killing them? here and i have been shooting other players for shitsngiggles..... guess i'm going to.... oh wait nothing is going to happen because i'm allowed to shoot whoever i want for whatever reason without some carebear complaining about it in some condescending topic

while i disagree with making ammunition rare i would like to be able to combine magazines, i mean hell anyone who has a brain knows that its as simple as pulling the bullets out of one and putting them into the other, its sure alot simpler that making a 1911 mag appear out of this air just because i found a revolver speedloader

personally i think you need another option people should be allowed to DC and then reconnect on the same server that way they cannot move, but if your char is going to a dif server you have to wait 10 mins or something like that, that way people cannot server swap behind you *unless your camping and they saw you* but people can still DC to avoid zombies, and from what i've seen thats very popular among people who don't know how to headshot.

dude, people play dayZ how they want to play it, as long as they don't script everything goes. personally i'll be sure to keep an eye out for these safezones and fire a few dozen rounds at em with my M240, just to keep their heads down

I got my revenge today, yesterday i lost an awesome loadout when i tried to backstab a hacker/someone who was lagging really bad (he shot me and my friend after we shot him about 40 times) Today while rearming in Elektro i found someone in the school building, calling out friendly we met on the 2nd floor, as he raised his hands to salute i raised my arms with an M14 AIM and got my first murder of that life and some fancy loot. dishonorable and all i know, but my friend needed a gun and i was getting bored of looking for supplies.

when i started we were friendly for 2 weeks, we helped people out and killed snipers, then we got betrayed and it was not worth it anymore

so i was helping out a friend of mine who just started, we encountered a guy who had a sniper rifle, he yelled friendly and since only 1 of us (me) had a gun i yelled friendly back and while we were talking my friend found an AKM, so we gunned into him (for shame) we both fired 30 rounds at him me out of an M16A2 and him out of his AKM. i SAW them hit, mabye 20 missed or so in the hail of gunfire, but the guy somehow lived, ran off healed and came back, invisible and killed the 2 of us. first how on earth did he survive that much fire pumped into him, even if lag made the last onse miss, you would think it would have KO'ed him second why was he invisible the 2nd time we met him

the mag clip thing is annoying, coming from someone who uses rifles in real life its VERY annoying when someone asks for a "clip" then asks "wtf is this" when i hand them a clip because they wanted a fresh magazine
