There allowing people to screw those of us who own servers and pay hard earned money in supporting them. So srry if I'm bent on the issue but I'm done supporting a Team Of Dev's that cant fix a hack issue and yet they will still blacklist your server if you do anything to combat it or run it so that you can actually enjoy the game so FK them and you and I hope you cont to stay with dayz and allow them to fk you with the quote of "We are working on the situation" Cause by the time they fix this shit no one will care to play it anymore cause they took there sweet ass time. LOL they want a stand alone will tell me how they expect someone to buy there stand alone when they cant even handle in alpha LOL what a joke GOOD DAY SIR.

≡HDU≡ is canceling our server and moving on Hopefully something similar to DayZ will be developed and will have a better anti-cheat system going cause day z just doesn't really care to buckle down and try and solve the hack issues I also know of at least 5 others that are friends that canceled theirs as well. Its sad such a great game has been run down will this type of hacking and unfair play but what can you do? NOTHING and until they allow people who pay hard earned money to control there server how they feel and support us with a fix to this hack issue I'm done with this game. It's already went viral enough to where someone will build off this idea and we wont see these issues in it either. Good luck fellow survivors I hope the hackers don't find you and they all BURN in HELL. Ok, so I have only streamed a few times before and my settings we all jacked up now I think I have them right but wanted some help on finding an overlay program like I have seen for some streams to stop stream snipers anyone know where I can get a free one? Also anyone that knows decent settings so I can stream at the best quality would be nice info to just so I have them right here are my specs. OS: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit Processor: AMD Phenom™ II X4 955 Processor (4 CPUs), ~3.2GHz Video Card: ATI Radeon HD 5770 Keyboard: G15 Mouse: Sidewinder X8 Headset: Logitech G35's Screen: 2 24" Envision LCD Flat Screens Not sure if these Are good enough specs to stream or not. I'm using twitchtv and Xsplit (The Free Version) to stream any info on settings or an overlay to cover the debug monitor and nametags would be very helpful.

Now does anyone know the name of the program that Authentic is talking about to have the stream chat cover the in game chat. Trying to google it now but not sure if what im searching is right so anyone with the name to speed up the process would be nice or a Link. :D

So I got the tool for my server so I can ban/kick hackers and manage it better but how do I get my servers IP and Port so I can Log into it?

I run US140 and we were just nuked on our server last night we tried count less times to ban this person but he just kept coming back into the server. how do I perma ban a hacker it seems like its only a temp ban when you ban them is there a way to perma ban them from your server knowing there hacking/dcin or hoping to flank for backstabbing kills. If you can perma ban them then how? Im new to hosting a dayz server and would be nice to know how to do this. I have the proof for them hacking via screenshots/video/logs but cant seem to fig how to perma ban them only to temp ban them can someone explian how to perma ban them from my server? Also I saw a post saying we abuse are admin rights this is not so we simply inforce the rules of no hoping or exploits and will cont. to kick/ban anyone that does so.

Ok so I did like it said and added there IP/GUID to the ban.txt file yet these bastards still keep coming back in. Is there some hack that allows this or is this just them changing there IP/GUID.

Yeah we are thinking of doing the same thing being there is no way to combat the hackers and dayz limits how we ban/kick/run are servers. I mean seriously whats the point in running a server with no protection and no support from the devs on the issue?

Im having this same issue with changing the 3dp and crosshair and so forth but I was able to change the number of players and host message and such in the server.cfg text file

we up hold a code of conduct and take care of our own we refuse to lower ourselves to backstabbing each other and anyone else that decides to join us. normally we play on Dallas servers like Dallas 20 through 24 and eu17 sometimes when it gets dark on the us side just depends really though cause sometimes its hard to find a decent safe reliable server with the new patches so sometimes we change but for the most part we stick with us based servers like Dallas and TX servers we prefer Dallas 20 through 24 but they fill fast on the weekends so sometimes it just depends but we would love to have ya join us sometime. I work Thurs to Sunday off Monday to wed so those would be best to catch me on but HDU has 85+ members so there is always someone here that can help you in teamspeak find your way if you need it till we can meet. Thanks a lot Rocket ... would of been nice to still have the rear food thing going being it made people use the hunting option and think more before they just run the map but I love the game and am grateful for the hard work.

I'm digging the low spawn of food actually I think it could spawn a little more than it does now but I like how it makes you utilize the ability to hunt more and judge your distance as to where you can travel I hope it stays this way.
