The Swedes that we have generally get a ping of around 180-200. Our maximum ping allowed is 250. They are able to play with no problems.

Yes you have to show up. We operate as a military unit. That means we equip our men with the specific weapons they need for each mission. We share all of our gear, takes turns guarding it etc.
