Actually with the new patch I believe the zombies aggro was increased even more. Zombies are getting harder, hallelujah.

How about after you press "Esc" slow the fuck down and take your time... Probably most of the people who kill themselves by accident are trying to disconnect from the game so quickly to avoid zombies/players that they accidentally click respawn. -
He should have never took his eye off the survivor... and if he had a hatchet then he wasn't saved. On a new respawn the quickest way to gear up is to run to buildings because losing zombies is easy. You can never trust anyone in this game. If you have a gun then you are a threat.

Not a terrible idea but rather than using water bottle, pepsi and coke to clean yourself it would be more realistic to jump in a pond or in the shore or have an animation near a well to clean yourself.

Obviously shooting people with an AS50 in Elektro and Cherno is boring... Bring it to Stary or NW Airfield and see how long you last with it :D

From what I understand DayZ commander friends list only works IF the other person also has loaded DayZ commander and joined a game through that. I have tested it with a friend and if he joined a game not using DayZ commander then his name wouldn't come up in friends list. So to your point it might not work in every case. -
I think that whole mission was a fail lol... Word of advice, don't have your whole team run out into the middle of an open field for a heli crash. As part of a sniper bandit group I can tell you that one sniper could have taken all 3 of you out easily. Also you are ringing the dinner bell by shooting m16's in the middle of an open field screaming "ZOMBIES COME EAT ME". Best thing to do at a heli crash is when you get in range start crawling and avoid the zombies. Then hurry the fuck up loot the heli and gtfo.

I like the idea of adding a wider variety of weapons and I believe this will be added in the future. It's only Alpha stage and they are worried about tons of other things such as glitches/bugs, hackers, making the game more balanced. I personally think its waaaay too easy to find some of the rarer guns in the game and should make it more rare while adding a few other guns that might be more accessible so not everyone has a fn fal or m4 -
After pressing "F" until it shows "grenade" you then click and hold left click until you have enough power and let go

When you die, you do need to disconnect from the server and reconnect. You should only be noted as a DC'er if you are caught disconnecting while either running from zombies or being shot at by another survivor. Also disconnecting while in a good loot area and reconnecting to other servers is also a no-no

Lee Enfield is loud but could potentially be a one shot kill on a survivor. I got a murder yesterday with one shot of the enfield and has pretty decent range. Downside is one shot and you are telling every zombie in the area that your there.

Either there was a glitch or you suck butt with the shotgun. The shotgun is bad but if you hit them in the chest its still a one shot kill. If blood came out when you shot at them and they didn't die...Run -

Right click on the bandage and use it. You have to wait until the animation of him applying the bandage is done and then you will stop bleeding. Morphine is if you break your leg and painkillers is for when you are shaking. -

I had the same problem. I was playing through steam and used Six Updater to update the dayz mod rather than download it from online. Works that way -

Not much you can do until they fix admins being able to shut down servers instantly. This happened to me too, my friend sniped 2 people at NW Airfield and on my way to loot the bodies the server shut down and we couldn't loot them. It's only in alpha and they have a lot of other issues to fix as well but there are so many exploits and cheating that is really hurting the progress of the game. Hopefully if and when they make a standalone game they have all these annoyances taken care of. -

And what happens when you are getting shot at and kill a team of players in self defense? You're fucked for protecting yourself? I like Rockets idea of developing scars overtime or if you steal items off of a dead player you have blood on your hands for an hour or so.
