    My friend and i were playing as normal, when we got kicked for high ping. And we saw that DayZ had been updated (using SixLauncher), we downloaded the patch... My friend was the first to finish downloading, so he proceeded to join the same server (a norwegian one) On the loading screen it showed the normal but in the lower left corner it said "my friends name" was killed. And he spawned in the Debug fields, without ANYTHING(no backpack or anything) He then aborted and rejoined only to start at the beach, still without any equipment. After some hesitation i relogged to Dayz( another server, first and then the Norwegian one) and i were just fine my eqipment and all... I am just happy that we didn't both loose our equipment, but we lost all his gear (AS55, NVG, rangefinder, GPS, L85A2 AWS ect.) Hopefully just a glitch, and not something that will happen to others in the future. I am not whining, just telling people to not get too attatched to you gear...

    To search for servers by name you type it in the top bar of the six launcher. Just have patience when searching.

    I found a way. Just type in the name and wait... and wait.... AND WAIT. It took about 10 min before it came up.

    Well du'h... I think the servers are using too long time to respond therefore they won't pop up. But the weird thing is that the servers keep disappearing and coming back. Any help is appreciated.

    I would suggest putting it back in the toolbelt and back out again, Or just spam the L button. Works for me. XD

    I would recommend that you use Six Launcher, it updates Dayz automatically and it is much easier to find servers. You can download it from the Dayzmod site. Hope this helps.

    Me and my two friends were trying to find a server to play on after the resent update, but when i found a playable server they were unable to find it by serching by name on the sixlauncher. And i could not find the servers that my friends where playing on. After a lot of desperation and looking for a solution i ended up here at the forums, I hope for help from the community, thanks.
