I had two guys pinned in the control tower at NW AF, I was about 300yds from them in the middle of the field behind some bushes, armed with my trusty M24. After about ten mins of waitng I turned and looked over to the northern barracks, and no more the 100 yds infront of me was another player with a ghille suit running towards me. One shot from my M24 to the chest dropped him, then another to finish him off. I patiently waited to see if he was wokring alone, or in a team. The 2 players in the tower hadn't made a move, so after a few more mins, I slowly crawled over to the fresh body to claim my prize He had all the basics (Map,Compass etc..) but more importatnly a large coyote pack (better then my czech bag), FN FAL with 5 mags, 8 cooked steaks and about 8 raw steaks, bloodbag, GPS, and NVG :) I slowly creeped back to my position, but the two players decided to make a dash for it. I figured I had enough for now, and didn't try to engage, plus one only had a pistol, and the other only had an AK.

Happened to me this morning, Was playing last night for few hours on SE1, after being randomly spawned on the coast instead of Berezino where I had logged off, I spent quite some time making my way back up North. My journey eventually led me to the NWAF. I crawled on my belly past an army of undead, and ended up in the control tower. I spotted another survivor crawling towards the tower, and decided, fuck it, time for my first murder. Took him (and the thirty or so zombies that were alerted by shots) down with my AKM, and my skin changed to bandit uniform. Looted an AKs-74 Kobra and M4A1 off his still warm corpse. I climbed up control tower and waited about 5 mins, to make sure it would save, then logged out. When I log in this morning, I am back on the Bean Coast, 0 murders on debug screen, and no M4A1 of AKS (back to gear I had when I first logged in last night.) Really, I wish it would of just saved my position, I can live with out the guns, but I hate starting back on the coast when you have good gear. Your just one big target, especially with the large Coyote bag. I didn't have any problems like this with any previous version.

JoshO here in game is JoshO42, long time fan of OFP and ARMA, and very impressed with how this mod is shaping up. Been alive in the zone for about a week now, playing lonewolf, I find it hard to trust people, but I won't engage unless fired upon first. I am friendly and if your not just trying to stab me in the back I am willing to help people out.
