Sure we do, although I haven't met another in game yet.

Wouldn't surprise me that the female model borrows the cough from the males. They weren't originally playable characters to begin with. I have yet to be sick, so I don't really know.

I've heard it's either from barbed wire or some dead military zombie models. Tents at Stary Sobor and some places on NWAF are affected by this heavily.

First time playing, I tried to kill a few zombies with a hatchet. I failed pretty hard at some point and went unconscious which led to my death.
