    All the 3rd/1st person argument ever does is drown out the cries for a better 3rd person camera that allows 3rd person while preventing 'cheat-peaking' over walls.

    Really Good Idea For Gas Masks (Please Look Dev's)

    Gas masks protect users from radiation about as well as umbrellas protect people from gunfire. Instead of nuclear/radioactive hazards [which would leave any loot gathered in the area also radioactive], an area effected by an area denial nerve agent that requires gas masks and MOPP suits to survive in with an interesting twist, you get shot, you get exposed and die so it really will be a very high risk area.

    If they could just go ahead, expand the map to be all of Chernarus and have 200 player servers, that'd be great.
  5. Arma's 3rd person view has been a point of contention for a long, long time, personally I find the way it works, not the fact that it exists to be the problem, yes there should be 3rd person, but it shouldn't enable players to peak around obstacles unfairly.

    'later on more versions' is just a heavy barrel so you can convert the AUG in the support fire variant [used the same way as the L86 LSW] so not the AUG A3.

    It's WIP atm, they just added new buildings to it, it has been nerfed from its previous military self to be a low value civilian loot spawn.

    Atm the inventory system is just off, its 2D for a start, so for example you can fit a protector case into your jean pockets without the struggle of it not fitting in, another issue is the lack of a 'pocket' system but thats for another thread.
  18. The northern expansion is a love/hate issue for me, I liked that previously it provided and empty wilderness area that's now gone, though the towns and settlements that Replaced it are awesome.

    Since .50 the little village buildings have been great for loot, the ones I mentioned in particular always [so long as they haven't been looted recently] churn out at least 1 civilian weapon, I just entered one in Staroye and loot was glitched so it was spawning all over the place [5 MP5Ks in the police station] the spot by the beds in that cabin had 2 crossbows, 2 blazes, 2 repeater and MP133, a longhorn and loads of derringers.

    The little one room cabins that are plain wood on the side with the door and yellow/blue on the other side have a 100% spawn chance for firearms by the beds in .50

    Not until a fatigue system is in I hope. Sick of seeing people able to sprint about the place with 2 mains, an SMG, 2 pistols a sawn off and their body weight or more in food and ammo.
