I've been using Mirilis Action! for a couple of years now, it's pretty solid! It had trouble at one point recording DayZ/Arma because of Battle eye, but it's been working very solid again lately. :)

It will be a certain piece of anti hack software that particular server is running. (I forget the name of it) It's attempting to stop people using those keys to activate their "hacks." Obviously this isn't going to completely stop people finding other ways to run their little scripts, but it might reduce the amount of people who hack on that particular server. A server i play on used to run the same anti hack a long while ago. Unfortunately for me the F keys are used for starting and stopping recording in Action! so many times I was kicked while starting recording or taking a screen shot while flying a helicopter... Good times!

It's been a good long while since I posted here... So here's an update! A clip from the Bullnet Utes server and a few from the Resistance Chernarus server...

over on my regular server my group has a pretty extensive base... We've been working hard at it for months, stealin' dem Urals and all that jazz... I had to leave to be a "taxi driver" of sorts in the "none DayZ" world... Just as I was about to set off I looked at Facebook... A chat with one of the guys from my group with 16 messages... I opened it up... and found out our base was under attack by a sizeable group... And My buddy was dead... So I changed my characters name (the group attacking know me as Leemo and would have known I was in the base) and logged back in...

The DMR was in my coyote. Now, hitting F allowed me to cycle through the Fire modes of both the DMR and the M4 (Including the M203) - you'll see this in action in some up coming videos!

As we reach the supposed safety of our camp, for the second time that day we here a SAW firing in the vicinity. We buckle down and defend with terminal intensity. Also in the video, the return to Pedo damn, a short fire fight with the Green Mountain bandits and a cross country ural chase! I'd love to hear your comments :)

I don't see this as a "bad glitch" I mean, in the non DayZ world (real life I think they call it?) you can carry two assault rifles... dem-slings lol Maybe keep it in, but have it so you have to reload the weapon you have slung when you draw it? or take a little longer to switch between the two?

So, we had one of "those" days today... Some guys rolled up on our base in a helo, we defended ourselves with pride, on a looting run the same guys killed me, when my buddy picked me up from outside Cherno, he came down to hard and wrecked the engine... after twenty minutes of fannying around looking for a replacement and seeing these guys taunting us about our camp on side chat we finally made it home and left the camp secure for the night... I'm expecting a whole load of conspiracy theories on this one... :) There was no missile (at least to my knowledge) I was the only person firing at the helo... This is exactly how it played out at the time...

The place to be if you're looking for a scrap on The Resistance server is Elektro. It spawns roughly 15 groups of NPC's of various sizes meaning there can be up to around 30 NPC's after your beans at any one time. They are armed to the teeth, with military grade gear and the occasional fifty. I decided I would gear myself up and head to elektro to see if i can break 100 kills (bandits and murders combined)

I just thought I'd put our server out there, It's currently back on Chernarus (after a brief trip to Namalsk) Hosted by Vilayer so as you can expect it has a lot of the scripts installed (Including a few tweaks I've added) 91.121.157.115:2332 NPC's - Extra groups - armed with new weapons (may change infrequently) - survivors attack at -2500 - can call for reinforcements - Helo's Base Building Auto Refuel Siphon Fuel Salvage Parts Strip clothes from bodies Lift and Tow Clear Roads! Custom starting loadout (For ease of base building) plenty of lower end vehicles (Vehicle spawns change frequently) Friendly admins Ill be adding more features as we go along, and any input is taken on board! Update: We've rolled back to 1.7.6.1 (For several reasons, mainly people were complaining about lack of loot, and no matter what fixes I applied to it noone was happy) NPC groups have been increased in size and skill... Several outpost's, medical camps and FOB's have been added at key points around the map. (To try and draw people to less explored areas of the map - Zelenogorsk outpost and Camp Lopa for instance) Cherno and Elektro have been "adjusted" to look more like a lived in city/town. Terraced and detached houses etc base building has been temporarily removed (It will return!) Come and check it out! There's lots of other ideas being implemented eventually!

Today were starting a new series called "NPC Survivor" on The Resistance Chernarus server - 91.121.157.115:2332 I'll be gearing myself up and heading for popular landmarks and surviving against the oncoming hordes of NPC's. The Resistance server has a very heavy NPC presence, all the popular spots, Cherno, Elektro, NWAF, NEAF, Devils Castle spawn etc multiple squads of NPC's who are armed to the teeth and want nothing more than to kill players. (Bandits attack on sight, soldiers and survivors are friendly up until -2500 humanity) I happen to be around -12000 so no NPC anywhere likes me... (And none of my group enjoy travelling in any kind of vehicle for longer than fifteen minutes with me...) In this first episode we start off on Double Blue in everyone's favourite South coast skanky town Cherno armed with my trusty RPK! At present this character is still alive, and I'm going to carry on Season 1 until he dies... (Which after saying that he's probably going to glitch through a ladder or something stupid and die... Damn you gods of DayZ!)

Definitely not the smartest move on my behalf...
