I've been using Mirilis Action! for a couple of years now, it's pretty solid! It had trouble at one point recording DayZ/Arma because of Battle eye, but it's been working very solid again lately. :)

It will be a certain piece of anti hack software that particular server is running. (I forget the name of it) It's attempting to stop people using those keys to activate their "hacks." Obviously this isn't going to completely stop people finding other ways to run their little scripts, but it might reduce the amount of people who hack on that particular server. A server i play on used to run the same anti hack a long while ago. Unfortunately for me the F keys are used for starting and stopping recording in Action! so many times I was kicked while starting recording or taking a screen shot while flying a helicopter... Good times!

It's been a good long while since I posted here... So here's an update! Today I finally got around to creating a trailer for my youtube channel: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-zpdQ-L38tI It's a mashup of random PVP and funny events that have happened over the last few months of playing. 90% of the footage came from the TWC Chernarus server. A clip from the Bullnet Utes server and a few from the Resistance Chernarus server...

over on my regular server my group has a pretty extensive base... We've been working hard at it for months, stealin' dem Urals and all that jazz... I had to leave to be a "taxi driver" of sorts in the "none DayZ" world... Just as I was about to set off I looked at Facebook... A chat with one of the guys from my group with 16 messages... I opened it up... and found out our base was under attack by a sizeable group... And My buddy was dead... So I changed my characters name (the group attacking know me as Leemo and would have known I was in the base) and logged back in...

The DMR was in my coyote. Now, hitting F allowed me to cycle through the Fire modes of both the DMR and the M4 (Including the M203) - you'll see this in action in some up coming videos!

As we reach the supposed safety of our camp, for the second time that day we here a SAW firing in the vicinity. We buckle down and defend with terminal intensity. Also in the video, the return to Pedo damn, a short fire fight with the Green Mountain bandits and a cross country ural chase! I'd love to hear your comments :)

I don't see this as a "bad glitch" I mean, in the non DayZ world (real life I think they call it?) you can carry two assault rifles... dem-slings lol Maybe keep it in, but have it so you have to reload the weapon you have slung when you draw it? or take a little longer to switch between the two?

So, we had one of "those" days today... Some guys rolled up on our base in a helo, we defended ourselves with pride, on a looting run the same guys killed me, when my buddy picked me up from outside Cherno, he came down to hard and wrecked the engine... after twenty minutes of fannying around looking for a replacement and seeing these guys taunting us about our camp on side chat we finally made it home and left the camp secure for the night... I'm expecting a whole load of conspiracy theories on this one... :) There was no missile (at least to my knowledge) I was the only person firing at the helo... This is exactly how it played out at the time...
