all u did was take a stalker image and use a gradient map man, Not much to say here, its just an edited image :/

That is Photoshop CS5, they now have CS6 out, Photoshop is the top program used for Graphic designers to make things from logos, advertisements, gamecovers, website looks basically anything graphic you see.
