    Mtn. Dew... CODE RED

Add in an uber rare mountain dew, CODE RED! Of course no one would drink it, cuz it is many times harder to find than even night vision goggles.

    Build 1.7.2 Rolling Update

Admins, Rocket, Anyone... Do you think those of us who lost all of our inventories to the ghillie suit glitch will ever get them back? It's so frustrating... I never got to use any of that gear and now it's gone. Probably 40 hours searching for it all. And it's all gone.
  4. same thing happened to me. Now i've lost all of my gear to a ghillie suit bug. I never even got to try it on...

    Guillie gone 1.7.2

This is ridiculous. Same thing happened to me and I never even got to use the ghillie or the m107 I found. I really hope they're going to somehow give us our gear back idk...

    Weapon and Equipment Degradation

I dont know, I feel like things are pretty hard as it is for new players and this would turn them away from the game.
  9. To keep it very short, I was thinking a river could be added that flows all the way north to make it so people could use boats to travel inland. Not sure if altering the map is even possible, just a suggestion though!

    Ghillie Suits Protect Against Thermal

I agree maybe invisible would be too OP, however I think maybe if it somewhat faded a bit, anything would help. BTW, never have had a sniper rifle, and only just got a ghillie suit yesterday. Just something I watched on a youtube video and thought was a bit ridiculous.

    1Murder = best items

I agree, I'm all for shooting people. But if they've just helped me I would never lay a finger on them. If anything I'd reward them for their help and generosity.

Don't you just love "clever" bandits?

I actually very much liked this post. Well done sir. I award you one cookie.
  16. I ran through the military base in Stary Sobor, ducking from tent to tent, when I heard sporatic gunfire; it was VERY close. I hid in the nearest tent, where I found my first backpack, the 24 slot coyote bag. I grabbed my prize and waited for the coast to be clear. I ran to the trees above Stary and got into position to stalk my prey. With my trusty FN FAL w/ night scope, I scanned the city, looking for a target. Unfortunately, after about 15 minutes with no sightings, I was ready to call it a night. That was when I saw the flashlight beam in the distance. At first I was confused; no one could possibly be using a flashlight to navigate in Stary, right?! But upon further inspection, my suspicions were confirmed. There was a group of three headed my way. They crossed the road and ran into a field to the left of the military tents while I was taking position to fire from the trees above. I zeroed in on the first target's chest, the player at the front of the column. I fired. He hit the floor, I see the confirmation of the kill in the lower left corner and watch blood gush from his still-warm body. I have no time to celebrate, however, as I dropped the next target with a well-aimed bullet to the abdomen. One more shot on the ground and he had joined his friend in the afterlife. Amidst the confusion, I'd lost the third bandit, and I knew there was no way to loot those bodies unless his was one of them. I stalked to my left around the city into some more shrubs and once again began scanning with my night-scope'd FAL. There he was, prone, lying there, protecting the bodies of his fallen comrades. It was a noble act indeed. One that was sadly rewarded with a bullet to the forehead. Four Bullets, three kills, and all my first confirmed kills as a bandit. And I ran off into the darkness to collect my new weapons and gear, heart still pounding through my chest, counting my lucky stars I had made it out alive. The bandits had two m-4 cco's, one of which i took. They had an FN FAL night-scope and an 870 shotgun with flashlight. They had a gps, lots of mags for my m1911, and a lot of different misc. gear, which I gladly relieved them of. My only regret was that I could not carry more. If youre reading this, MrOctagon from the texas server I was playing on, I left your bodies so you can get your gear back :D Feel free to reply with any similar stories! Or comments about mine or the way I wrote it, constructive criticism always helps!
  17. Last night I found my first crashed chopper, in the area around Stary Sobor. To my delight, I found an FN FAL with night scope attached to it! I logged out in the treeline, and logged in just now to go in and loot the town. But as I stand up, I'm startled to see white smoke from a grenade start rising from the buildings in front of me. My heart rate elevated, senses heightened, adrenaline pumping through my veins as I scanned the area for enemies. There he was, crouched, running from building to building with what looked to be a sniper rifle of sorts upon his back, and ultimately out of the city. From my vantage point on the hill, I could see his every movement as he thought he had so stealthily escaped. I tried using my night scope, however it was daytime and I didnt think it would work so i just tried zooming in and using the reticle on the screen. I knew this wouldnt work from the distance of about 200-250 yards that I was at. I tried again, and surprisingly, the brightness on the scope adjusted to the light, and I was able to see perfectly. I lined up the crosshairs on the center of his chest. Send it. The shot rang out in the hills around me, the most powerful gun I had ever fired, and I reveled in my victory. His body fell below a small ridgeline, and I could see the top of his head, blood spurting out everywhere. I assumed he was dead. I was wrong. As I got up after scanning the area to see if my shot had been noticed, I saw him get up and begin to run to a small cluster of trees nearby. I didnt have time to shoot because he concealed himself so quickly. There was no possible way he could escape, as this was just an isolated cluster of trees and bushes in the middle of a plain, but even so, he had vanished. Disappointed, but glad to have come out of the engagement with my life, I trodded back into the wilderness. Until we meet again, dimension traveler.
  18. If only I could find a sniper rifle, I've been looking for SO long!!
  19. It was a pitch black night and I had just gotten done crawling through the military tents at Stary Sobor looking for the dmr I have wanted for so long, when I saw flares in the fields adjacent to Stary. I went up to a vantage point on a hill and heard gunshots; the flares were surrounding a crashed chopper and there were two survivors clearing out the zombies around it. I thought, "Alright, target practice," as I moved in for a closer look. I took a pretty well forested route as I am a very wary player, and thought I for sure had the jump on them as they obviously didnt have night vision or they wouldnt be able to see anything at all with those flares going. I set myself up under a tree next to a shrub where I was sure I would be pretty safe, however, as I was making my approach, I lost them. I kept trying to look at the chopper with my night vision except the screen would just glow bright white in the area of the flares and i couldnt see anything. It didnt help that my FN FAL also had a night scope on it, so I was pretty screwed. I kept having to switch back and forth between nvg's and regular vision and it was giving me a huge disadvantage, with the nvg's i could see everything not in the area illuminated by the flares and without I could only see the flares. I was scanning the field without night vision on and I saw two figures and I scrambled to bring up my rifle. There he was, crouched, holding what looked to be my very same rifle, one which I assume he had looted only seconds ago. I pulled the trigger as fast as I could, yet it wasn't fast enough. He had the jump. His bullet left the barrel before mine. I heard my gun go off, yet I have no idea whether it hit or not. Learn your lesson fellow night vision bandits, be A LOT more careful around flares XD Not looking forward to finding nvg's again lol. Enjoy the FN FAL w/ night scope 4 mags M4A3 cco w/ 1 mag NVG's GPS 3 canteens 3 morphine 5 DMR mags all the tools m1911 w/ 6 mags and much more :D

    Seriously Survivors?

You should've killed him from the tower just to be safe, never know what he's hiding in his backpack waiting to pull out on you
  21. No tripp, I dont think he had noticed it. If he had continued in the direction he was heading though he wouldve ran into it.
