High speed collision, same thing happens when you get run over by a veichle. That fact is rocket made zombies run so fast that the rare occasions they collide with you the result is the same of being in a car accident. Apparently Arma 2 engine simply does not take mass into account

I don't even shoot at zombies anymore, I just kite them to the neareat patch of trees and loot undisturbed

I was wondering myself why player count was so low I guess it is because of the problems the server had lately, probably much people migrated too bad, I was hoping for some counter snipe action in elektro anyway as of 30 mins ago server ran great

Lately I managed losing all my equip too many times due to hive saving delay My connection dropped while I was trasferring equip to tents and veichles, and then it simply disappeared. New placed tents not saving equip and these bugs really are getting on my nerves

HDR effect is related to the relative height of the sun to the horizon Afaik it is not possible to completely disable HDR and switching from high to low varies the quality and not the amount, and it really does not make any difference other than imptoving nightvision a bit and giving a nice rainbow shade to your compass Anyway disabling HDR, as disabling grass or removing trees does, would give me an unfair advantage and I'm against this HDR is fine but the effect switches between extremes, it is simply too much

Gamma and brightness are set to default as of now, wouldn't turning brightness down make the game even darker?

An ati radeon hd4870 Not exactly high end, but enough to run the game on high at 1600*1200 with minor graphical tweaks

Today I was in Stary market when things got out of hand Shot 1 zed with my pistol, suddendly 15 run straight into the shop passing through walls and shelves. I only had a double barreled shotgung 6 pellets and 3 g17 mags. I tried to go for heashots but in the end I had to flee when I only had half g17 mag left

exactly do you think we might try it for some days? story time IRL t=2250 after losing all my stuff 2 times in a row, I respawned near Elektro and went to the powerstation to obtain some gear, sorely armed with a makarov. finding myself under sustained sniper fire I run for my life zig-zagging to the east by the sound I can tell the sniper is on Dobryv, when I flank and approach from the hilltop this is what I see: a female charater with what I think is an SVD and another one, presumably playing spotter, armed with an m4; they are apparently doing a pretty good job at keeping heads down in the nearby city laying heavy fire on unsuspecting targets while I approach Dobryv I keep checking for their position and notice they are logging out to relocate themselevs, still I decide to engage since the hilltop offers no cover at all, I run from tree to tree and manage to get 20 meters away from them, I aim the sniper's head while the spotter moves further down the hill. Itake a couple shot just to se him/her run around spazzing out, dive to the ground and disappear 15 seconds later server gives this message: "Uschi is losing connection" TL:DR USCHI IS A BITCH, and makarov counter-sniping is even more of a bitch epilogue: looking for something to eat I ended up at the school where I found 6 corpses (the guys which were presumably being shot at) so at least I manage to partially restock on gear :D

yep, I wanted to retrieve the boat, but it wasn't there :( have yu heard of any fix for the helo leaky fuel tank yet?
