MrFox (DayZ)

I am in California, and don't get home until about 8pm. I guess all the servers currently run at real time? this is frustrating since I cant find any daytime servers in other countries. I know there must be some, how can I access those? the only servers I see are US west. which like I said for me are all night time.

Hello there, well I know the exact feeling. I'll describe my experience since I also experienced this to a higher degree when playing DayZ. ( You see a player, instant palm sweat, heart rate flips the NOS switch, pressure starts from the back of the head and moves forward, hands shaking cold feeling and sometimes even blurred vision ) This is definitely an adrenaline rush. Like other have suggested just practice, don't get attached to your items, remember that there is respawn. This is why training is so vital in the military. to put you in situations and teach you how to stay cool and in control. also like other have suggested, just have fun! I mean I take it you are a pretty calm guy in real life, pretty reserved ( describing self here ) passive. You aren't a killer (yet) ;) but practice will make you one.( in game of course) but most of all have fun! and play with friends.

anyone else see this and thought of dayz?(pretty sure its not a zombie movie) but has a similar look and feel to it. and like in dayz, it looks like humans are the biggest threats. http://trailers.appl...pendent/theday/

cherocha I can confirm tx9 works! I still have all my gear!

I used DatenThielt advice and used the texas server. tx9 instead of tx6 he mentioned. but it did the trick. spawned in forest instead of wasteland.. then followed clouds, that I was told always move east. was back in a town in 5 min. with all my gear.

I made it out! after spending hrs looting and collecting equipment ( cobra ak, winchester, mak, tool box, knife, matches, hatchet, military flashlight, 3 steaks from goat, 2 cans of food, 5 drinks which included 2 water cans to refill ) I spawned in barren wasteland! after looking around for a fix someone said to just hop on to texas6 (tx6) server and head east. but when looking for that server it wasn't there. there was however tx9! I thought I would give it a go. and what do you know, I spawned in the woods! no longer in barren wasteland. but still lost and with no compass I can still run in the wrong direction. I heard someone say that clouds always flow east? not sure if that's true, but people said when in forest run east. so I followed clouds! and bam! 5 min later I'm in Kamenka! now Im back in business.
