im not a hacker but this game is so easyly hacked u can just download scripts its stupid they need to prevent it

ok i advise you to hit the zombie and back up axes are good dont get me wrong just not when u have alot of zombies on you, Also run crouched and walk crouched play in 3rd person watch ur back and play it smart

thats happennd to me and ive had the wrong patch and its was a glitch i did what specfour suggested to u -
So basicly the people who kill humans will suffer if the persons sanitys low and they did nothing to the play sounds cool

i see your point make it as real as possible like having people with disorders will require alot more responsibility and if you dont have that all heck brakes loose,like if you pop to many pills stated as what demon said there will be consequences because u will become addicted
