I've recently purchased a server from the host (HFBServers). I received an email saying that our server is up and ready to go. I upgraded to patch 1.7.2.4 (in their update section on the server control panel). However, we are unable to connect because of "Waiting on Host". PS: Our plans are to run a fun environment for my YouTube audience and use the server as a public domain, not private. I fully understand the server admin rules and I respect them. We are just really eager to get on our own server :) Any help would be appreciated.

I'd like to report an issue I've been having on every server I try to join. It takes nearly 5-10 minutes to load into a game, where a few days ago it was the regular 30-60 seconds. Im not sure if this is a common issue, but if there is a way to fix it that'd be great!

I perfer to keep my server online only when I am around and shut it down otherwise incase of hackers. Not going to lie, #Lock is a VERY tempting feature, but I have yet to use it. I have mixed feelings about this issue because people are spending A LOT of money to play on their own server, which should basically be (You pay for it, you get the beans). Obviously its bad if there server is on constant lock down for clan members to loot (that ruins the game). But I think you will always have people locking their servers under this API. It's unavoidable really. To the point, I think some punishment should be made, but it can't be very harsh. Thats like banning a kid for taking the candy in front of him, basically.

Thank you. Now I am getting another error "Bad version, server rejected connection" I am having all sorts of fun tonight.

Ironically, my username and password to get in the client portal isn't working. When I try to do a password reset it also doesn't work. I can still get into my server control panel, but I can't send support tickets if i'm not online.

We were sniping in Cherno today and after we killed what we assumed to be the admin, every single player in the game was spawned to the debug forest and killed. Not cool Admin, not cool.

I thought how awesome it would be if there was a certain set amount of players inside of a city at a time, Zombies would cease to spawn after they've been killed allowing squads and gangs to control spawn locations and allow the start of server societies and trade. I think trade is something that needs to be implemented some how. It basically means that a currency would have to be implemented. Obviously, I don't know what would count for currency.. maybe zombies could have money of them possibly but there really isn't a GOOD way to implement a currency with the current structure. Ghosting and Alt-F4 would ruin any chance for societies to exist in this game. As soon as those are fixed I am sure we will see something come out of this. And the only way to fix Ghosting would be to have everyone re spawn back at the coast when they log out... but again, I can see this being exploited as well.

I think a Karma system would be awesome in this game but I think it could possibly lead players to "Kill for Karma" but also i think it could make people "Help others for Karma". Bonuses could range from supplies to skins. Obviously, you wouldn't be able to manage your Karma in game and it would be something that just happens. Kind of like Fallout events, where an NPC will come up to you and maybe give you a weapon or just tell you off or something lol. "Hey Asshole, I was that guy you were shooting at you dick knocks you out, steals 1 thing from your inventory and runs away" lolol The AI script would be pretty hard to do I think.

Anything the stops gameplay for long periods of time will kill this game. Sorry, but I don't agree.

This is exactly why I play this game. Love it, I can't believe you got robbed though but I guess it wasn't all bad, you got a 50 cal out of it.

Probably just server lag. Don't worry. If you are exploring up north you'll usually always find a crashed helicopter or two. You just need to find them first :)
