I'd like to report an issue I've been having on every server I try to join. It takes nearly 5-10 minutes to load into a game, where a few days ago it was the regular 30-60 seconds. Im not sure if this is a common issue, but if there is a way to fix it that'd be great!

I perfer to keep my server online only when I am around and shut it down otherwise incase of hackers. Not going to lie, #Lock is a VERY tempting feature, but I have yet to use it. I have mixed feelings about this issue because people are spending A LOT of money to play on their own server, which should basically be (You pay for it, you get the beans). Obviously its bad if there server is on constant lock down for clan members to loot (that ruins the game). But I think you will always have people locking their servers under this API. It's unavoidable really. To the point, I think some punishment should be made, but it can't be very harsh. Thats like banning a kid for taking the candy in front of him, basically.

Thank you. Now I am getting another error "Bad version, server rejected connection" I am having all sorts of fun tonight.

Ironically, my username and password to get in the client portal isn't working. When I try to do a password reset it also doesn't work. I can still get into my server control panel, but I can't send support tickets if i'm not online.

I've recently purchased a server from the host (HFBServers). I received an email saying that our server is up and ready to go. I upgraded to patch 1.7.2.4 (in their update section on the server control panel). However, we are unable to connect because of "Waiting on Host". PS: Our plans are to run a fun environment for my YouTube audience and use the server as a public domain, not private. I fully understand the server admin rules and I respect them. We are just really eager to get on our own server :) Any help would be appreciated.
