    If the server name has their site address, go over to the address if not try to enter the game and check if their motds have the contact of the owner.     Yes your body stays unless someone decides to hide it or if the server restarts.

    Use BERcon or just use the Server Controll in game. Enter the rcon password and click the playername > ban.

    Some servers disable crosshairs.

    You sure you looked at the bottom right when you spawn? Because the message only displays for about 2 seconds.
