don't buy arma 2 for the mod. It's a joke now, game is dead. Nothing but hackers. Wait for the stand alone unless you want a hardcore military sim in which you would want to download the ACE mod. The ACE mod makes this game worth every penny.

- Since it is a previous soviet state the Mosin Nagant should be there along with the Lee Enfield. Same with the Garand. Lot of those rifles floating around the east there. - Better audio for the weapons. - Dangerous wild life. As in the occasional Bear or Mountain Lion. These should be made rare of course, just something to keep you on your toes. - Lose battle eye and incorporate a pure file system along with a new anti cheat. - If bitten have a infection rate that you have to somehow stop. - Less Scopes more iron sights. ;) - Same size map or bigger. - *EDIT* GUN LIST Mini-14 Modern AR 15's Mosin Nagant Le Enfield M1 Garand Remington 870 Basic .22 ranch rifles .44 Lever Rifles G17 - G30 Sawed off double barrel to name a few lol

As disheartening as it is to hear there is nothing being done atm, Pretty much every server has a hacker and a lot of them are very open about it. Just have to wait for the standalone and hope for the best.

NO! keep this game as realistic as possible. Not a huge fan of using the scope, I prefer my Enfield iron sights. 680 Meters is still my record with it.

All these post TL;DR In my opinion there is no point in PVE at the moment. Anything you obtain or set up will just get hacked. Period. There is no counter argument to this, it's just the state of the mod as of now. Now we just have to DM it out in Cherno and Elektro until the stand alone. :)

Majority of people me and friends have caught hacking are with a +150 pings. However, the latest hacker we caught on our stream was indeed from the US. Having that said, US servers are also much more populated so they are an easier target.

i own a 3570k and a GTX 570 Classified and can max it. If you have the money YES get a i7... I don't know why people just throw out random comments followed by an insult. Not everyone just looks at reddit, porn, and games on their comp. Some of us actually do real work. A GTX 570 or above will be fine. You said money is no object so just get a 680 or an 7970 an be done with it. GOOGLE IS YOUR FRIEND. :)

I think he was watching our stream. Someone in the chat said Owner (hacker) was his buddy. He went on to say that the AA-12 is just really rare and the hellfire is a visual glitch from crashed choppers. haha
