I bought Arma 2, a game developed by Bohemia Interactive. Rocket is employed by Bohemia Interactive. Do the math kid.

I can't wait till Rocket releases standalone so people can stop excusing blatant issues with the game, 'it's just a mod'. Well I disagree, DayZ evolved past the 'just a mod' phase when Rocket was employed by Bohemia Interactive.

Other than deer stands and minor loot villages, it's affecting pretty much every town I go to now

You removed respawn so it makes it ten times harder to group up with friends. I can understand why you removed it, although I find it to be more a nuisance than anything. Respawn bugs still are yet to be fixed, I dunno how many times I get kicked or dc'd in the wrong place when I'm trekking through the north and when I respawn I'm at the coast again with all my items. It actually just happened to me again when my friends were all north. I've died probably a dozen times to artificing, people actually exploit it because it works only one way, like you're camping with the sun to your back so that people can't see you when you shoot at them. How many weeks is it gonna take before you fix this game breaking bug? At least make the game playable before you abandon it to work on Arma 3 DayZ. /endrant

I'm pretty sure that radio transmission (the numbers) is using 'One-time pad' encryption, which is actually impossible to decrypt.

Hi, I bought Arma 2: CO on steam yesterday and I've been really enjoying DayZ. My friend also wants to play however he says he already has Arma 2 vanilla. He got Arma 2 for free from GreenManGaming and my question is can he buy Operation Arrowhead from steam and be able to play Day Z? I understand that you need Combined Operations to run Day Z, but can you have the two standalone versions without CO and still run Day Z?
