    I registered just to reply to this post. I just had this happening to me, too. I didnt hear a voice, but some guy was spam bombing the Elektro hospital area. He blew up the hospital, church, and every building in between. I found plenty of bodys and looted one of them. I logged to a different server, and all the buildings were back standing that were around me. None were rubble like on the server I had left. Each explosion left a dark black cloud after the initial blast. WTF is going on?
