    You might have FN FAL ammo now, but wait till you have only 1 mag left. You can only find FN FAl ammo on helicrashes, which are rare :D Not questioning your choice, FAL is a great weapon, especially if you need to defend yourself against other players. Hard to choose to be honest. L85 is awesome for long range and pretty easy to find ammo for (easier than FAL), but FAL is superb in close/mid range combat.

    . and , to choose your chat mode. - to start typing. Direct Communication: people near you hear if you speak or type. Use caps lock (default) to speak. Global and anything else are just useless afaik.

    Nice tutorial, but next time you should maybe show what the blood bag looks like on the ground. And also, try to make the video widescreen (look up tutorials). It really doesn't matter to me, but many people don't like those black borders :lol:

    Ahh. No loot. That sucks hard. I've also found a lot of other guns, including what you mentioned, but never a silenced M4. Only a Bizon. Good luck finding NVG's. Those were and are the hardest to find for me. Bad luck I guess.

    Change server. Sometimes a server can lag so that there is absolutely no loot at all.

    Go right ahead. If I got any valuable stuff with me, I will kill anyone on my way (except for unarmed players). But on the other hand, if I have just spawned and only have basic gear with me, I usually try to team up with people and talk to them because I really don't have anything to loose if they kill me. But yeah, this is what all new players will encounter at some point. You just can't trust other players in DayZ. Not easily at least.

    And if you find any clothing, especially Camo or Ghillie; don't wear them. It might reset your inventory.

    Buy it now. I bought it for DayZ, and at first the game seemed weird as hell (not just DayZ, but normal Arma too). I played through some tutorials to get a little feeling about the game and then I went for DayZ. Now I play both (normal Arma and DayZ) and I love them. edit: Besides, Arma2 CO is on sale on steam atm.
