your problem : went from nvidia to ati. i use a gtx 460 and i play this game maxxed out no problems ( i use pmc and baf for the high quality textures). ati cards are fine, its in the drivers department they lack so much. also this game is much more cpu dependant... i use a 1055t 6core at 4ghz so maybe thats why.

nevermind i managed to get it working... the only downside is i cant use the PMC and BAF on either accounts so i uninstalled them.. those are the ones that cause all the errors i just copied steam folder toa nother location, then deleted everything except steam.exe and steamapps folder after steam updated i logged with the second steam account (using the other steam that i just copied to another folder)... so basically ull have the game file twice in 2 different locations.. and 2 different steam.exe also i didnt need to create another windows user so my character and my brothers have the same name and all ... but atleast i dont have to be switching windows accounts... just login on whichever steam account ur going to use and launch the game simple as that... hope this helps some of you guys with same problems.... fell free to pm me i might even help ya out its easy as cake bro..

what i did to overcome this: -go to a good loot spawn ( grocerie store in cherno for example) -take whatever you find -switch server -take whatever u find -switch server -take whatever u find -switch server -take whatever u find ..... by the time i was done i had an alice pack full of coke/food, a revolver with plenty ammo, winchester, binoculars,watch,knife, compass, map, and alot of shit.... i was ready ti head north where i managed to get a tent and now im all good....... oh and i started playing yesterday ...
