Well the show is slow for now i admit that, but the first season had a decent narrative pace and everything was moving pretty well. Now it takes about two episodes for someone to go to the store.

Its more about what people actually do with the guns. They don't look for AS50s and M107s to kill zombies with, they look for them so they can find a nice camping spot and snipe players all day and thats what rocket doesn't want. He does not want a lot of KOS

On the website itself, you said hardware posted when all it says is enterprise servers. Im pretty sure when people look there they are going to expect actual hardware specs not just the name of the brand or company. -

I was referring to how your 20 percent deals were miraculously running out after a day or two when i hardly see any replies on this thread regarding your service. I do understand that you have to increase consumer demand and thus the price drop. -

Question how many 20% deals did you have in the first place? Obviously your demand isn't that high that after a day you're already running out of them unless of course you only had like 3-5 20% deals. Edit : never mind seen the original post. However with the lack of replies its hard to believe that 20 something people bought the majority of your product. -
Instead of experience points, the developers could add a fail chance. For example, when crafting will be implemented a player has the supplies to craft a ladder (Fail chance 50%) and he fails. Next try he actually succeeds and the fail chance goes down to 49 or 45 percent.(Just numbers that are based on my own personal preference) Or have it so that when one does craft a ladder depending on how many successful attempts you have had will depend on how good quality ladder you can make with those supplies.

The majority has misinterpreted what the thread maker has been saying, while i like the concept i don't particularly like the suggestions you have made to draw player interaction towards zombies. Why not have zombies gravitate towards players over time? So while your looking in all those dresser and cabinets for that one can of beans or water flask the zombies are slowly moving in on your position so when your ready to leave, its do or die.

How much realism is too much for the SA?

For some reason players believe that making the game have more "realism" and behave more like real life will make the game a lot better and in turn it won't make the game any funner if anything people will be complaining more about the game because the game is too realistic. -
So in a sense your not here to actually give any feedback towards the game you are just here to add to the "fire" correct?

Someone did understand what he was saying, i do admit it wasn't the best post i have read but you could still understand it. The majority of the people that were upset wouldn't have been upset if there name was added into the game on a soda can in the description. However i didn't like some of the names that were added such as Derpy Hooves for the same reason posted above in NewClearWinter's post. Now that the users have gotten there information straight the bashing should start to decrease.

So lets say someone asked one question and because the issue was complex the question had to be complex as well just to explain the issue so you could therefore somehow come up with a solution. They wouldn't get compensation then right? because you would considered the question "complex". -

Well i wasn't really referring to match based games just one game in particular, but since i didn't clarify its on me. I was referring to DayZ "Competition", Why only quote one part of what i had said? Yes DayZ has a permanent environment however the mod itself isn't anywhere close to being completed nor will the standalone be when it is initially released, which means that at any point or time while your playing you could lose all your gear just due to issues with the mod/game itself because it isn't the final released product. I am pretty sure that rocket is taking cheating just as serious as other companies do, he just doesn't have the man power to employ a dedicated team for that specific purpose. Just him changing specific things in the engine will ultimately solve most of the hacking issues however the game will not completely be hack free nor will any game for that matter. Also to gummy52 instead of suggesting that rocket look into this before the initial release why not politely ask him to consider it for a later date when the game is in a more finalized stage rather then when hes just trying to get the game up and working for us to play until then.

So from what i got is that certain hacking issues need to be addressed and a big company such as Blizzard only address's them because they are more server sided,has a anti hack team and has money to shell out. However even with all that they still have hackers but yet you want Rocket to address the minority of hackers(Suppose-able 1/3) in the short amount of time he has. Also you keep saying that this "Memory-Hack" will be a big issue and you want it addressed but you acknowledge that no game will be hack proof. You should be happy that he is upping the difficulty for hacking, and not bash him and the community because a certain issue wasn't addressed. There are other games with little to no anti-hack system in place where the community still defends the game to the death why don't you go and complain to them about their situation?

Most of the stuff that was talked about earlier in this thread has been removed, however about him deploying the patch soon he might just try out different things in his beta builds and see what works and then release it to the public.
