Had an absolute blast on a server that was night earlier (don't know why it was, the servers actual time was around 4pm) but someone had thrown a flair and I went o have a look, and so did about 7 other people. Ended up all joining up and raiding the city, we did lose each other and went off into 2 groups in the end but I found some pretty trust worthy people, gave me a gun and took me to their tents (and no, I didnt steal anything, infact, put 4 blood bags in them when they had logged off)

I'm all for making games harder, but one thing I've never liked in games is small inventories :( So can't agree with this.

I dunno' date=' having an actual quiver would seem more logical than separate bolts on a tool belt, but I guess that could work. I don't know why you it would be hard to code though. It would just be like creating a back pack and attaching it to the tool belt like the hatchet. Not to be rude or anything, but even as a new player alive for maybe 3 hours I've more zombie kills than you. Staying alive a long time doesn't mean much IMO. Anyone can find a box of matches, knife and water bottle and live in the woods for eternity. Have some risk man! It's far more fun.

Thank you so much for the advice! I forgot it tells you the location when you log in, though Im on a hardcore server (veteran is it? no third person or Xhairs) Gutted I picked up the G17. I thought it was an automatic and rare and that the m1911 was a common gun :( Well, live and learn. I think I'm thinking of t he G18, what a dolt!

There was no pack up tent option, there was a couple items in it but worthless, and I know how to bring up the map but I wana know how I can see my location on it. So I need a GPS item to find my location or what?

It's SO frustrating, freezing every 10 seconds for a second or so. I don't know what it is, I've turned the graphics down (Just to compare I've had no issues with any other game and can run BF3 on ultra just fine) I don't have the best computer but its less than a year old at £900 ($1400?). I keep it clean, no spyware or anything like that (I run norton 360 though, and strangely I have to turn off the tamper protection to play this otherwise it floods my system trying to change registry keys (why?? BUT to be fair, I believe this to be arma) and then it shuts my internet down since it floods it so much. I do have sufficient space to play it, I'm in the green at least (I was last night too, but installed something and went into the red by about 1 gig so I uninstalled a bunch today and have more than enough free space) I've turned off everything in the background also. However, the last couple of servers I've played on today it's been hell. I thought maybe it would be the server, but after changing twice and it still happens I don't know what to do. It's pretty unplayable. I've had this before with DayZ over the last few days, but I've also had some pretty spot on playthroughs with no issues. I've also tried a low pop server with 12/50 players and still the same. I've turned post processing off and AA to try. Any suggestions? Is it the servers? Are there a lot of bad ones out there, my ping was something like 15ms. It's really frustrating but I know it can run smooth since I have. Do you have any advice?
