    Terrible Frame Rate Online

So what is it about the online play that makes the frame rate a third of that in single player? I've seen other peoples streams of their day Z playing and they seem to be running it fine. Is it a more server specific problem?

    Terrible Frame Rate Online

Hello! I'm running on a pretty good laptop. When playing the single player campaign of Arma 2 I'm able to run at normal/high settings and achieve an average of 27-32 frames per second. However, when I shift to playing day Z mod online, my frame rate drops to 10-15 FPS on the very lowest settings, except for the frame rate which is at 100%. What's more interesting that there is only a 2-3 FPS difference between the lowest settings and normal/high settings online, when normally typically the difference is 10-15. Is this an issue with my hardware? And if so, which component? Keep in mind I have decent internet speed, but I am running on wireless. Would a wired internet connection improve my performance? Thank you all so much in advance!
