I found this place while running to the new town in the ne airfield area. I think it might be a location for a future military base. There is a military building there, one of those buildings you can't enter, and a green tower. Anyone else noticed this place? Is it old? I was playing in the server "Another Dimension No Kill On Site!!!" about 15 mins ago, its a regular server on stable branch. I saw a anti stab vest in pristine condition on the second floor of the police station in Krasnostav. Now I am not sure if they are still rare or not but it is the first one I have seen. I just preferred not to grab it since I got this whole camo thing going on. Felt bad leaving it there if it is still rare. I also left all the buildings unlooted since I am on a quest for a 22 sporter. I can not find one and I have searched so many barracks, piano houses, schools, and all the main big buildings, any hints on where to find the sporter 22? Is it really that rare or am I just unlucky? I have the 30 round banana clip. I have found a LRS, mags for fnx,cr75,amphibia,and 1911, and a pristine anti stab vest but I can not find this 22 rifle! Anyways whoever goes to get the vest I hope the server has not reseted and you get it, good luck. I got bored so I decided to start reading some books that I picked up in dayz. This is a passage I read from the book "King Solomons Mines" it lined up a lot with the type of play style I want to pursue . It also reminds me of the cruel world of dayz. I try to mind my business and then some new spawn appears out of nowhere punching me, trying to take my weapon. I then have to defend myself and put him down. I don't want to fight all I want to do is find some gear, help people, and eventually hunt me some deer.... "At any rate, I was born a gentleman, though I have been nothing but a poor travelling trader and hunter all my life. Whether I have remained so I known not, you must judge of that. For some reason when I saw that perfectly fresh orange in that dirty sink it made me laugh a little, gotta love the loot spawns. But yeah those hospital buildings are old now, they can be found in many towns.

Yeah I don't mind, I just hope they lower weapon loots, ammo loot, and food loot. But it is alpha and there is a lot of testing that still needs to go on. When they add hunting they need to definitely lower food loot. Oh alright gotcha, yeah I don't hang out around ne airfield much so i wasn't sure.

I hope someone got that anti stab vest, I feel bad leaving it now just because it was pristine.

Wow that sucks and is probably a major reason why your game is running slow.

With my wife using chromecast right now I just checked my speed on speedtest.net and I am only getting 8 mbps lol

Right now normally I only get like 15 mbps.

Yeah lol it is extremely laggy for me tonight. I think it has to do with my internet speed. I have cable internet with 50 mbps but I can only use my router and I get like 15 mbps and my wife was using chromecast to watch a show during that time so it was painfully slow. But this upcoming Tuesday I have the internet company coming in to install the internet in the room where my computer is so I can directly plug in and get the full 50 mbps. I am hoping that will fix my issue or otherwise its just the game causing it.

I want it because the recoil is low, it is quiet against player, and you can fire shots really fast. I want my mosin for long range and my .22 for up close or my hangun.Idk why but that .22 just looks like it would be so much fun!

You mean the new tavern? I have looted one of them before, I think I should check them out more. All I found in there was some food and a map, but thank you for pointing that out to me.

The 30 round mag for the 22 I found in a military prison building top floor. I can not remember where I found my 1911 mag but I am pretty sure it was a military spawn.

I once found the book of Job from the bible in a prison building but my game was acting up a lot during that time and I lost it :(

I guess its sort of realistic. Since he did have a sawn off shotgun and from the distance he was behind you in the first video the bb's would have went all over the place. Maybe just a few bbs hit you each time. The last shot he got on you most of the bbs hit the ground in front of you it seemed. When they add slugs to the game they should be very powerful but extremely inaccurate after like 15 yards with the sawn off, but accurate at like 60 yards with shotgun not sawn off. Also even up close with buckshot would not kill you instantly all the time but would cause massive bleeding and eventual death. I like the randomness of the shotgun right now, although when they add slugs it should drop people easily. I shot a raccoon up close with 20 gauge buckshot in the head before because it was sick. It was bleeding badly but still breathing so I finished it with a slug. Edit- Just noticed it on his back at the end and it was not a sawn off....guess it is kind of weak right now unless the guys shots were way off and he just winged you each time. I know the last shot was off.

I'm pretty sure that means the servers reset. I just refresh until I see the server pop up again and try joining quickly before it gets filled.

Oh alright, were you able to test it with a mosin. I could not find a mosin to try it.

I found two cans of green spray paint and could not get it in my hands or figure out how to use it. Guess it only works for mosin right now. I tried painting my shotgun but wouldn't give an option. Oh well maybe in the future.

I was able to get on three times. First time I got a shotgun(no ammo), mountain backpack, baseball bat, knife, and the most rare thing to find was food because everyone took it all. I died of starvation. Second time I got some loot and the game stopped working(found out its because it was a server reset). Was able to get in again for the third time with my already equipped character. Made it to northeast airfield and not to far, north west of the airfield along the harbor is the new city(medium sized city). It was very dark and I did not use my flashlight often so I am unsure if I did not notice some buildings. But from what I remember it has a lot good loot houses and buildings, a enter-able church which is in the middle of the city. And one of those big buildings which are the size of the hospital which sometimes have m4's in them, forgot the name of the building. But yeah no military buildings that I noticed. Although this city would be awesome for firefights. It has a little bridge and under the bridge is a railroad track with basic train carts. They are enter-able but there was no loot anywhere in the city that I noticed, maybe it was already looted although the doors were closed, weird. I got the shotgun and found a hacksaw and turned it into a sawed off shotgun. Shot it as a sawed off and without. Sounds nice and seems to shoot nice, it has a lot of kick though. Found a pistol flashlight, and M44 Compensate for the Mosin. Can't remember what it does for sure but I think basically it makes the mosin more accurate. I found this in house I think. Found a burlap sack and it gave me the option to put it on my head, although I did not try it lol. Did not find any berries.. There were also different types of clothes and different colored boots. That's all I remember though. Anyone know where to find berries?

I downloaded teamspeak, but what is your server name I need to search?

I also am friendly and would love to be part of a clan like this. Set up some law and order in Dayz. I have a mic, my playing schedule is usually after 5pm est. I hope to be part of a clan that has, or builds a nice fortified campsite with lots of loot. A clan that doesn't mind helping other friendlies in need of help.
