Hiya guys :) Today i saw a video that Robbaz (a famous swedish guy in youtube) had put up a video of DayZ and in that video i saw that he had a bike and i was like what the hell?!?! i didnt even know bikes existed in this mod lol. So my questions is the following: 1, Where can i find a bike? 2, If i cant find a bike then what parts do i need to find and where?

My first weapon was a AK-47 or atleast a weapon that looks like one :) I was running from a 6 pack of Zeds and i saw this comm tower that i ran to as i knew zombies only walk inside of buildings, i ran upstairs and there i found my bullet spewing savior :D

Really?? that's odd because the first time i entered a server i got to choose but that was the only time, after dying a few times after that i've never gotten to choose again :/ i dont know but maybe that has something to do with that like no servers were working yesterday?

I my self started this game yesterday and after dying like twice i think i once again found myself running from Zeds, thats when i found this place with 2 hangars and a small comm like tower (you know those towers we have at airports to keep a lookout etc) so i ran inside the tower knowing that zombies only walk inside buildings and ran upstairs where i found this automatic weapon that looks like an ak-47 (might've been one im not sure hehe) But anyhow, those towers might be a good place to search for weapons :) im not 100% sure but you should search them if you find one :)

Hello everyone :) I tried DayZ mod for my first time yesterday and well when i entered a server for the first time it asked me if i wanted to play as a female or a male and it said that once i choose one or the other it would stay that way forever. So after thinking a while i thought hey lets go with female because from videos ive seen mostly males running around (and yeah im a guy so what? ^^) so i went with female and started out on the server, after running around a while i noticed that it seemed like i was on a server that didnt have the same version as me because i didnt hear any sound, i didnt see any Zeds or any loot at all so i disconnected. Then i went on to another server that was on nighttime so i didnt see anything and i ran into some Zeds and eventually i died becuase i didnt have any weapons at all, so i disconnected once again after dying and went onto another server. This is when i noticed that my character isnt a female anymore, for some reason my character somehow went ahead to get a sex change lol and now im a male character -.- i do want to play as a female.. so much for the forever staying as the gender i chose. Does this sound familiar to someone? the gender change i mean and/or is there a way to change it back as it should be? Any help is appreciated :) Oh and also i wasnt sure where to post this matter so if the new player discussion forum is wrong then anyone who can, move this to the right place.. sorry
