    Valve has a no refund policy so that whole thing about them refunding/giving you a new key is fake and a lie. The only way you can recieve a global ban is if you're running scripts on a BattleEye Enabled server so the ban is valid. Oh and it seems Valve refunds you multiple times? Heres the same story on a different thread. Funny that they not only do it once on a No-Refund Policy but twice? It's bullshit if you wiggle your way out of this becuase it's so clear that you're hacking the person believing this sob story must be brain dead.

Including some excuses such as steam giving him a new key in 20mins when Steam has a no refund policy and the all elusive Global Ban. GG Doc Holiday, have fun hacking on some other servers.

    Is it a time based spawn? I believe there is only 1 spawn on that one island near Elektro.

    I administrate on a server where I had my first run in with a hacker today. He'd teleported and grabbed a helicopter and soon after flew it into the ground. We banned him from the server. Our server restarts every 6 hours and this has been the second restart and the helicopter hasn't respawned. I personally checked it's last location with no luck. Is there anyway where spawns can be reset or is there a way where I can locate it via a tool/logs? Thanks. Oh and some proof that the helicopter was destroyed: "HelicopterExploSmall" 21:38 0:0 [13452,2776,9] [0,0,0] "HelicopterExploBig" 21:39 0:0 [13452,2776,10] [0,0,0]
