I'll tell you this; From my experience, this issue only occurs with players UNDER 30 fps. The lower the frames, the slower you go. Have them lower thier options. I generally run at 23-28, and I keep up, for the most part, with the others in my group.

I was playing with friends, when the DDOS happened. I then went off to work for a few hours, and when I logged back on, I spawned in the wilderness. As per usual, I ran east. And ran. And ran. For an hour. Ate all my food. Down to my last soda, and my food bar is red. Normally I'm not a man to ask for help, but I'd really appreciate being moved out of the wilderness, because I do have some nice loot on me from a few days playing. My beta patch and DayZ patch are up to date, as is BattlEye.
