I got nvg from killing a sniper, then I found a crap load of gear last night when I found a bus loaded with gear

Hard decision, I keep my dmr for pvp but I guess I mostly was using my m4a3 cco for running in to towns and dropping zeds and getting out..I guess the sd is the better choice for me.. I do have a sd pistol but finding ammo for it is a bitch

So the m4a1cco sd is preferable over the m4a3? I ask because i dropped my m4a3 for the sd

Yeah you cant alt f4 , you can escape abort though. For me anyway, alt f4 works in the main menus for me not while in game

When switching into the suit do you still lose items like before? I found one when i first started and lost all my items when i took it.

I was just there, gawd you can join servers with like 10 players.. Log out in the last stall ready for action. I just got 10 clips for my dmr there and believe me I had a lot more to lose then your time getting there. When you log in shut up and peek out the window to see if zombies are there, no zombies loot.. No guns? Chk map and hit the tree stands surrounding the airfield. Stuck in the barracks? Who are you kidding?

Tonight im trying to find a night time server but so far 3-4 servers are night but very lighted to the point my nvg is useless. Is only specific servers dark?

I have a coyote pack and 3-4 times so far this has happened: I log out with 2 primary guns high teir and the one in my backpack dissapears next time I log on. Ive lost a m4a3cco and another very rare gun from a heli crash site. It was not a backpack space issue, only was gone when I logged back on a server. :( Anyone else?

I made a post similar to this but concerning my second primary weapon always dissapearing from my backpack. Happened like 4 times.. Gawd im stuck with only my dmr :(

Thanks arch, there was a time at the heli crash I got a timeout shortly after looting, Luckily i put my m4a3 in my backpack and got to keep the dmr I got from the crash. You would figure Id lose the DMR and not the m4a3 which I already had since the m4a3 was already saved huh? But I guess that was not the case in that particular situation... I dont leave the coast without at least a alice pack the coyote was from nw airfield, its quite a large pack, biggest ive found thus far Im bummed because I know not everytime I lost a gun was a result of disconnecting too soon Putting a primary with less then 10 slots into a backpack results in instant primary dissapearing

I logged in today and my sd pistol ammo dissapeared, my akm and all its ammo is gone from my alice pack. Now i have only my m24 with limited ammo...

Im having trouble getting this running :( I own the original arma 2 boxed game, I installed that, Logged into steam and added arma 2 to steam. Then I bought Operation Arrowhead on Steam and downloaded and installed. Arma 2 is installed on a different directory then Operation Arrowhead which is in Steam/Apps I think. I installed six updater and made a new preset called dayz, I then searched for dayzmod and dragged it onto my profile and it installed it. I launch the game(V1.6)but when I try going into servers it says" To play on this server, remove listed files or install additional accept keys"(It also lists all the files) Then I tried [link=http://dayz.sykotix.com/arma-ii-beta-client-install/]http://dayz.sykotix.com/a..ii-beta-client-install/[/link] I never updated the original arma 2, I installed it then installed OA which is 1.6 Please Help
