No, That would mean it would get you global banned not server banned. Server bans are only manual. If anything you were incorrectly banned by an admin or injecting and caught in the logs. You'll most likey find you'll be global banned in the next 12 hours

You won't get banned from a server for having cheat engine open.

rocket in his interviews has stated this is something that is important to him but in the mod the clothing system is just too much of a "hack" for it to work effectively. In the standalone it's been more than confirmed that a clothing system will be in-place.
