    Just lost everything on US35 following 3 consecutive server resets Each time the server came back up I'd run back over to my gear stash and then the server would go down again. All gear I equipped just moments before the unannounce and unexpected restarts I'd lose everything

    This, while I do enjoy PvP, is not a bad suggestion. This idea can follow suit much like MMO's with your PvP servers and PvE servers, the databases should be kept seperate and not allow you to cross-deck items.

    No, not so. Many people do this, infact a lot of people do this...... the only difference is you were man enough to admit it while the rest just chime in and blast you for it. Truth be told, I wager nearly everyone has done it at some point in their DayZ life.

    the markers don't mean a vehicle will be there all the time, it's just a chance that they will spawn there

    Why not just be up front with the kid and tell him you don't want him to play with you anymore. Seems like a very indirect approach to a simple issue. It's not uncommon for people to not mesh well with a clan but to try and nitpick for a reason to ban them without confrontation is just silly. Of course I'm looking from the outside in with the provided info. Either way, look for a new server. Clearly that one isn't a ideal choice.

    Zombies spawning on you?

    As of 1.7.2 I have had a terrible time with teleporting zombies. Out of no where at random times 1-2 zombies will just pop in my face, slap me a few times and vanish leaving me to waste my bandages and bleed out. It's come to the point where I don't want to go near tree stands because everytime I go to one of the ladders a zombies teleports to the lower side of the tree stand and starts unleashing on me. Quite frankly it's annoying the piss out of me
