    I'm going to have to agree with the OP here, spawning without a weapon makes things monumentally more difficult. The only reason I've sunk as many hours as I have into the game is because I payed for it (ARMA:CO, that is), and because I love exploration in games. Even just a Makarov with a single clip would make things easier. One thing I see a lot of people suggesting is to find a barn. That's what I've been trying to do, but in all of my 8 hours playing, I've only found one. I'm hoping with the next big update, they give a starting weapon. Any kind at all. Also, I'm having trouble with flashlights and flares. I hit the L key to turn on my flashlight, but nothing happens. And I have no idea how to use flares. Any advice? Thanks.
