Well let's break it down. You created a thread out of anger, calling them sad and professing you got them in the end because you stole their bike. People called you out for using hacked weapons and your very first reply was highly aggressive calling someone a "thick headed cunt". So on that basis alone I don't like you. After it's been pointed out that this isn't HelloKitty Island Adventure and you have nobody to blame but yourself for being so trusting, you continually lash out at people. This isn't a problem with the community, this is a problem with YOU. Edit: I also found your posts in the medical thread, you had a transfusion in NW airfield in about an hour. I love posters like this. The mentality that they're an expert psycho analyst and can determine someone's intent merely by talking to them briefly and kill them right away. News flash, you're judging them based on no evidence and are just as bad as the KOS people that you're arguing against.

It seemed slow for your manpower. Also it doesn't seem that you have any exterior coverage. A lot of bunching up opens you up to sniper spam or a nade. I'm just nitpicking though, overall it's a sound way to clear a building.

Agreed. Right now there aren't any drawbacks. It may be balanced if they introduce batteries and make it use a lot of power or something.

More or less, using it as a scouting tool only, having it attached to a weapon seems lame to me.

It seems kind of dishonest that you come in here praising them to high haven posing as a normal admin using their service, but it very much seems like you've got more of a relationship with them.

The more I think about it the more I dislike thermals in game. I think I'd only support thermal if it was similar to the way binoculars work.

I think it needs to be said that RP servers (imo) do not mean no pvp servers. RP servers with bandits and kidnapping and robbing and "negative" player interaction is fine and I could easily see that as being tons of fun. However standard dayZ with a "pve" only stance is taking a unicorn and cutting off the horn to make it into a horse.

What weapon they wanted to see isn't relevant at all to the discussion. Tents usually dupe items or do they usually delete them? Make up your mind about that, and then when you've decided on one of those choices, take a moment to realize that tents have nothing to do with you adding on to weapon inflation by knowingly using a hacked/duped weapon. xoxo

I think it should go in the server forums. They probably still have those. I'm too lazy to check.

Weapon inflation is caused by duping, which is made worse by people hacking in weapons that don't belong in game. So by using and dying with these weapons you allow people to then dupe the items, why do you think they wanted to see your weapons? So yes using the weapons instead of destroying them does make you a part of the problem, no matter where you got it. It really isn't up for discussion tbh.

No pvp servers? Seriously? So sad to come back after a break and see garbage like this. What's the point? Zombies are a joke. I get killed by zombies in minecraft more than dayz. Seriously do yourself a favor and play another game if you don't enjoy the human aspect of dayz.

Unless 1.7.3 is the standalone game, I disagree. There just isn't anything to do, couple that with hacking server hopping duping etc and you have a recipe for unfun gameplay, no fun = not logging in.

I haven't played for awhile. Just haven't had the urge to login tbh. There is a weird disconnect that I have with the game now, lately I haven't felt any real goals or reason to log in. Derp around a bit, find some weapons and ammo, maybe shoot a dude or get shot and start the cycle over. I'm not having fun playing so I stopped. I will 100% be back for stand alone, but for now the new wow content will keep me busy until I hear more about dayz. I'll be the first to admit that the recent silence has hurt the momentum this mod had built up.

I don't think YOU'RE going to deliver either and my heart is sad because of it.
