People don't play KOS because they have duped items. You should also avoid making statements like "half these greifer noobs" because in all reality you don't know any percentage of the playerbase and you don't know their skill level. Also, I played with the bandit skin and it wasn't the KOS you pretend like it is. What source do you have to link maturity to a playstyle? I bought Arma 2 for DayZ, I also understand it's an alpha and have never complained about the game. Also KOS isn't an issue, it's a playstyle, which we've already established (I hope). See here's where you've contradicted yourself, you said encourage not playing KoS (which is the correct approach) instead of penalizing KoS (The wrong approach) This is what I wanted you to understand, encouraging team play and helping strangers is VERY different than penalizing bandits. You're immature, and I hope you've gotten a little bit better insight to why you're still wrong in your approach to dealing with banditry. -

No, I didn't see that guy he shot kill anyone, and even if they did shoot someone you have no idea who the person is they just shot. No names after all. All I saw was a sniper kill some unnamed guy in a field and then gtfo. Identifying characters and people doesn't do anything to turn this into a deathmatch. Although honestly you're advertising PvP battles in your sig, so I'm not sure why you think you should frontier the "don't make this game a deathmatch" argument. You guys are very shortsighted when it comes to the future of this game and character identification. Sure it's cool to be a stealth ninja and kill a guy with no repercussions. Adding in (better) nametags and a private message of who killed you on your death screen would only promote better clan warfare, espionage, revenge killing, and the almighty reputation for being a killer. There are ways to manage it so that it doesn't penalize you at all. Knowing people's names and who they are when they kill you or even when you see them walking down the street promotes game growth. -

A ) It was a live streamed interview, not a podcast. B ) Rocket has NEVER said he aims for realism, he wants an authentic experience. C ) Maturity has nothing to do with a specific gaming style D ) Rocket wants the community to "balance" the game E ) A bandit skin does NOT stop coast camping at all, not even a little bit. F ) Duping has nothing to do with anything we're discussing G ) Bandit skins aren't going to stop PKing at all. H ) Hero skins is a valid way to deter player killing since it rewards not killing people. You see the difference? Rewarding a player for a certain play style instead of forcing them into it by penalizing them. I ) This list is getting too long, but I hope you understand that you're wrong and I hope you understand why you're wrong. -

Well since you're in support or no name tags and no kill messages you don't know anything about that guy. You shot a random guy in a field who you couldn't identify. Don't try and defend it, you just argued to support not knowing who a player is ever. -
Because I'm not a medic? I applied to cherno shuttle service, but I don't speak German :( Those guys fly people around in a fucking chopper for as little as a can of beans. I'm just saying its shitty to judge other people's items based on what you have. His matches are probably important to him, so it's a dick move to tell him that he isn't worth saving because some guy with a duped as50 is "worth" more than he is.

I usually support things like taxi services, medics, trading etc, but to turn someone down because you don't think their gear is up to your standard is point blank lame.

I think they'd just have to exist on the server which could be uploaded when the player joins with a custom skin. I'm just guessing, since I think that's how APB works. -

I feel like complete anonymity only hurts the evolution of the game. There would be no clan wars if you don't know who they are, no revenge kills, everyone is just a nameless face. In this situation I think realism needs to take a back seat to good game growth. -

Cherno and elektro snipers don't bother me either. Gear can be overcome by outplaying someone, and until that changes I 100% support player killing in all forms.
