Lets just remove assault rifles and machine guns, that automatic fire is unnecessary when I can pretty effectively use my Makarov at close ranges, easily headshotting zeds. Hell, lets just remove all rifles and shot guns, who needs 'em? -

I would like to see more Combloc weaponry as well, such as more ak variants, especially the inclusion of the AK-74 with a POSP or PSO-1, more flavors of the same guns, like different furniture set ups, and a much more equal set up with the combloc weapons compared to the NATO weapons, where there are 5 different M4s and 3 different M16, whereas there are only two AK-74s and one AKM. You'll have to remember also, that, assuming Chernarus is set at around our present time, many Eastern European countries were basically given truckloads of AKs and other soviet weapons, as well as the tooling to produce these weapons. It wasn't until after the collapse of the USSR that many of these countries switched to different weapons, many even NATO weapons, so these countries STILL have millions of soviet weapons that they were given or they produced, just sitting in warehouses. -

Not very reliable. I had a built comp not too long ago it told me I barely met the requirements for BF3, while I was running it on Ultra settings at 50-70fps. -

You got me all figured out, huh, broski? :rolleyes: Besides, as I believe Rocket pointed out after experimenting with a logout timer, it caused unnecessary server lag, hence its removal. MMO's can implement a logout timer because the combat is handled differently. The ones that I played years ago weren't PVP-focused, and only implemented the timer when engaged in combat. Keeping people logged in after they DC is gonna create a lot of unhappy customers when they discover they lost all of their gear because the safe place they logged out was discovered by a random survivor. -

Honestly, who really cares? I might get a little miffed if I walk up on someone and put a mag in them only for them to DC, but I honestly don't give a fuck afterwards and I move on. It's a fucking game for christ's sake, and there are other problems that need to be tackled instead of dealing with the people that bawl because the guy they shot had a DMR and a Coyote backpack, but they couldn't get it because he/she disconnected. And great title, OP, "Everyone who doesn't agree with me is obviously wrong." :rolleyes: -
I don't think this problem will be solved until ARMA3, where every building will be enter-able. I agree, though; running for an hour or more looking for food and stuff, and coming across countless villages and towns, and not being able to find anything because there are no enter-able buildings.

Nights are too dark, so why is it whining an moaning when I can't even see my own weapon, and certainly anything else in front of me? If I can walk outside and see down my street in the middle of the night with little to no moon light and no street lamps, then I'm gonna be miffed about not being able to see in game, at night. Hell, I could see better walking through the woods at night when I'm hiking with no flashlights than I could looking across the Balota Airstrip in game. -
Tried downloading the new files and 7zip said "Unexpected end to archive." Anyone else having this problem?

I've found an AKSU and an AK-74 in the Field Hospital area south of Balota. Of course, I think they were in the guard towers. Also, recently, I'm finding a lot of things in the Field Hospital in Cherno; Aks, STANAG mags, M1014s, and medical supplies.
