If zombies couldn't heal, wouldn't their muscles deteriorate over time? If this is true then they would never be stronger then the original host. So sorry, unless the infected human was some body builder or professional wrestler, you're never going to get your 'Tank' or 'Charger'. Besides, isn't DayZ supposed to be a zombie realism scenario?

When it's fixed the zombies should walk around on the bottom, or if they're bloated zombies they should float and try to attack you. After all, zombies don't use their lungs so wouldn't they still be capable of fighting and just sink?

Not a bad idea, given that a lot of people are bitching about 3rd person and stuff not being realistic. It would add more realism.

To remove 3rd person, would mean many unhappy players... I agree that the server owner should decide, maybe make another level of difficulty that disables it. This way we can all be happy.
