Those are just the streaming links for each pair, I think only one from each pair are streaming for most of them. Hybrid Panda is doing it, just not streaming.

OP I think you are taking this GAME way too seriously, people want to have fun while playing it and why should you dictate in what way they can do this. Just wondering is this a game to you, or some weird way of training for a real apocalypse?

He is talking about $700, so just under £500, so that is a pretty good deal. For the OP, those specs will probably not cover it and it will probably set you back about £500 to get a pc that will run it at a decent fps on medium to high settings. Arma 2 isn't very optimised but hopefully that should change for the standalone. Maybe if you can wait a bit, wait to see the minimum specs for standalone closer to release just so you get the right parts and don't have to upgrade 1-2 months down the line.

Looking for the same as the guy above but the GPS is not that important the other 2 are the ones I really need. Also I am looking for an m9sd with 4 mags if you still have one.

No I know what he means and that doesn't work they are in the normal positions but they are much larger and also if you get them up using the key bindings, with the compass covering a lot of the screen. It has been happening to me since one of the latest beta patches for arma and it has been happening on wasteland as well so it is not a dayz mod problem.

The main hive is the database that is officially hosted by the dayz mod team, on servers running this hive you can keep your gear that is in your inventory and your stats, but cars and tents and other things do not transfer beetween servers. Private hive servers are servers that are run outside of this main hive and most have individual databses for that server, however there are some private hives that share a database across multiple servers. These servers are run by different people who often customise them adding extra vehciles, guns etc, and they also host different maps from the chernarus main hive map. There are not many normal hive servers left anymore due to hackers but the best way to filter servers easily is to use dayz commander.

I know it was definately public hive cause I have all my old gear on it, but yes you are probably right about the server side bug. Unfortunately there is no way to contact the admin so I will have to wait for them to update.

Dunno if the whole script restrictions are to do with this update, I think someone on the forums said it was a compatability error. Not really sure, but I know that my friends and me have been getting kicked for them every time we play since the new patch and we have to delete the BE client to temp fix it everytime we want to play, and this had happened only a few times in the last 6 months of playing dayz before the new patch. Also related to the heli crashes, we were on a server last night where we found 15-20 heli crashes all spawned at the same time. This was a normal hive server so I assume it is a bug with the new patch although it may have been server side.

Yeahthe more wannabe script kiddies who get their key stolen by these fake hacks the better, then they won't bother us anymore.

The kicking for script restrictions is a bug, and it has been happening to me and my friends on the few hive servers we have tried recently. Look here and it will tell you what to do to fix this. It seems to be only normal hive servers it is affecting but I am not sure, just try it and it should work.

At the moment its not that great. There is some issue with the servers which have huge amounts of lag to the point where you randomly fly back 1000m because of lag, and they still havent relesed the server files to allow other hosters to fix this problem. There are also quite a few problems with it unless they have updated it recently.

I was hit when I entered Balota just after I spawned and was infected in the first 10 hits.

Related to this me and a group of friends ran in to this hack on a public server about 10 mins ago. A few of us used this before realising what was happening and I am unsure wheather this may result in a battleye Global ban because of it. The server was UK 325 and I have also reported this to the server admins on their forums.

Or you can hold 'W' open up the steam overlay then let go of 'W', close steam overlay and there you have the same thing but without having to ruin a perfectly good rubber.

Just an enquiry what would you want for that chopper?

1. The loot spawing is being fixed in the standalone, the problem was the engine was never deisigned to run a script like the loot spawing so once they have a dedicated engine it will work much better. 2. I don't think a code should be added because it kind of takes away from the realism. Also if a bandit sees you are unarmed then that could just mean he gets an easier kill so it may not deter people. I agree that there needs to be some sort of consequence for killing unarmed players and acting like a bandit, but it is difficult to decide on what it is. We will have to see what the deelopers come up with. 3. Realistically those weapons will not be removed from the mod as they do make it more fun at times to have a high powered weapon. The devs have done a good job of removing items such as thermal to make it a bit more balenced, but I agree that maybe the military loot needs to be reduced. However I also think that nobody will want to play a game where you run around killing zombies with hatchets and pistols as it isn't as exciting as blowing soemones head off with an as50. 4. Hackers are everywhere on the normal hive at the moment and it is really bad, but this will be reduced for the standalone. 5. If you want to filter the servers in a coherant way use dayz commander as you can filter specific settings that you prefer. Also in my opinion private hives have saved this mod. The hackes got very bad on the main hives to the point where the majority of servers were unplayable, the private hives have good communities of regular players and have more control over banning hackers and exploiters since there is almost always an active admin on, on the majority of these servers. I agree some privste servers are a bit non survivalish with more vehicles, military loot etc, but people like these servers so you can't say they are wrong. If you search the private hive section of the forum then you can find servers that are private but are just vanilla dayz on chernarus if thats what you want to play, but some of the new maps are pretty good. 6. I don't really know what happened there never experianced it myself. Maybe you logged in on different private hives? Anyway this is not a common problem as far as I'm aware so I don't really have any advice for you. Also I recommend checking out some the developer blog posts to see the new features that are being added for standalone which may interest you.

Yh the choppers get destroyed on both versions of Taviana from what i've experianced, must be a issue with the map. The volcano is probably where they are hiding it but watch out cause the volcano is also the debug area where people appear while logging in so don't get spooked by random people appearing.
